My husband (finally) and I decided to start trying again. Last time was a little failure, I lost it pretty quickly. I'm just looking for tips to prevent miscarrying again, or at least for staying well and healthy through the first month or two..

My husband and I are trying too. My doctor gave me prenatal vitamins to help prevent a miscarriage. I've been taking those for a while. We've been trying since June and I'm still not pregnant. Also eating healthy and exercising. Exercising is the part I'm bad at.
I'm probably not much help but that's what I've been doing so far.

Take your vitamins everyday. they make those ovulation kits so you know when you are ovulating. you might give one of those a try. And pray. smile Keep trying and good luck hon!

Tip: Don't eat parsley to excess. Parsley in large doses (1 cup chopped) is good for a urinary tract infection but allso may cause a misscarrage.
Just hought I should put it out there. Don't know if it'll help.

take a prenatal vitamin. drink plenty of clear water.
lots of prayers.
There's not really anything you can do to prevent a miscarriage. All you can do is work on you being healthy.

I'm taking a normal vitamin for women now. I have an appointment with my doctor in a couple weeks. Right now, I'm just focusing on feeling better. I must have caught a weird cold or something..

As other people have said, the best thing you can do for yourself and your baby is to try and be as healthy as possible!
Lots of fruit and veg, and make sure you're getting enough protein.
My mum always told me it's important to drink plenty of milk when you're pregnant... mind you, she thinks drinking plenty of milk is the best cure for just about any ailment. confused

Like everyone said take your prenatal vitamins. Sometimes it takes months and months to get pregnant. Did you go to the doctor to make sure everything was all right? I'm sure it'll all work out! ^_^

I'm due to the doctor near the end of the month. I know it takes months and months, but it really didn't last time. I was pregnant within the month I started trying...

Drinking caffeine around the time of conception is highly linked to miscarriage. So definitely stop the caffeine if you're an avid coffee or soda drinker (like I am. . .>.<).
I wish you the best of luck! And (I'm one to talk), but don't get frustrated if it doesn't happen right away. . .it takes the average healthy couple an average of eight months to get pregnant. My husband am I have been trying for eight months now so I figure this month must be our lucky month. heart
