Some of my friends have catch phrases, or things that they say all the time that I associate with them. I'm not sure what mine is yet but here's a couple that belong to some friends of mine -
"Hooray for school"
"Whatev"
"For the love of Peter, Paul, and Mary"

There's a lady at work with a really strong accent, she always says "seriously." Like, no, seriously....
Now whenever I hear someone else say it it reminds me of her.

When I was vacationing in Dubai,I couldn't help but keep going on saying "Seriously." Almost every chance I got.XD

I tend to use "dude" at the beginnings and ends of most of all my sentences.

Mine rotate. Right now I have "Yeah, seriously" and "I bow to your fantabulousness!"

it's mainly a game phrase I use when I'm having trouble.
"AARRRGGHHH!!! I'll turn you into a charred pile of meat!!!"
&
"Get the feck away from me!!"
I have yet to find one that I can use for normal day situations.

I'm not sure if I have one, but Tony and his friends have a few
"Roger"
saying said before anything, like Said Cola, Said Water, Said Job
Said anything really
or the one that we are always saying "Your mom..." or "Your"
