here is a good healing spell.
first you need to but clean water in a bottle and set it out side in the light of a full moon.make sure that it does NOT get toughed by the rays of the sun. next get a black cloth (silk or other light faberic works best.)
and charge it in the for elements. starting with earth,then go to fire, then wind, and finally water. then get a purple and white stone and charge it in the same manner. to transport the spell materials wrap everything in the black cloth. next you will need yor chalice(or a chalice if you don't own your own) let the stone sit in the chalice that is then filled with the water that you have allowed to sit over night. after 5 minutes of allowing the stone in the water place the stone on the bruise or muscle and wrap it in the cloth. then haolding your hands over the wrap say.
i cal upon the spirets of the east,south, west ,and north to bring healing and happiness for (insert name of who is being healed.)
By the will of ( the name of your personal goddess) let it be done.
then say. "may the earth destoy you with all her might and main.
dismiss the spirets and allow the cloth and stone to sit on the wound for al long as possible.
