first, thank yous go out to everyone who applies. second, congratulations on people who manage to get into PE; we are glad to have you with us. if you were accepted into PE, it's because guild mods thought you were different, special, and stand out from the rest. it may not be a so-called honor to be in this guild, but you're not in another "looks are everything" guild. perfection-esque means: in the manner of perfection. you are here because we liked your "perfection" quality, and it primed over others who were declined.
being in this guild doesn't mean you're the most beautiful thing alive, but it means your beauty comes from all aspects of your very being, in our opinion.
OBVIOUSLY THERE HAVE BEEN some changes in the group. i've gone back to the old layout for now. i also kicked more than half the guild, so you guys are the ones who get to stay for the bigger things to come, hopefully. dont' give up on me over here! keep checking updates and recommending people to the group! thanks.
ADD THE NEW ACCOUNT MULE. i can't stress this enough. this is a way i will be keeping track of members, and accepting donations for contests, etc etc. this account is for the guild ONLY.
PLEASE SUBMIT SALUTES. i know not everyone has this on their mind, but to be completely frank, i don't usually pay attention to those who haven't saluted yet. i like to know the person i'm talking to is real, so keep salutes coming in. for the most part, though, it's not terrible, but not even half have saluted, i don't think. also, for those of you who don't have a clear, "perfection-esque" labeled sign, you won't be able to be put in the banners that i will be making soon. you don't have to pm those to me, but keep them for when i ask (i will make a sticky saying i'm looking for pictures for the banner). i can't stress this enough guys, seriously. i've been slack on this, but this is a big one for me, so i'd really appreciate getting those in, even if it's NOT a perfection-esque sign.
INTRODUCE YOURSELF. this would be awesome. it's not NECESSARY, but i'l like to get to know a little more about you guys, and it also helps me keep track of members. also, it keeps other members up to date with new members coming in, and lets new members get to know you guys a little bit. thank you!

member avtivity is a HUGE part of being a part of crew. if i notice you haven't been active, or don't think you plan on being active, you won't have the opportunity. crew helps out with all of the major stuff that i can't handle all by my lonesome; crew contests, member acceptance and deletion, and basically just helping me out with keeping the guild running properly. also, crew members all have an opportunity to become vice-captain. i'm looking for trust-worthy crew members, and so far i only have one person that i would trust with this guild.
note: anyone who would like to be crew has to be an approved member (has to have sent a salute).
MEMBER OF THE MONTH/OTHER CONTESTS will be starting soon. more details on motm are posted in its sticky.
