I know there is already a lengthly discussion about the newer chapters involving the Uchiha bros...but I've been thinking lately... I've always known that Itachi was a sick freak...but this... eek Uchihacest fans should rejoice. I mean this opens up so many new avenues for smutty fanfiction...Now Itachi can just be creative and screw Sasuke's empty frickin eye sockets stare Disgusting and lewd comments aside...Don't you all just heart this pic of Naruto:  Sorry it's so small and hard to see but it made my stomach do one of those flippy things. ( You know what I'm talking about. wink )

xD A friend of mine was actually like, "Am I the only person more into Uchihacest now that there's a possibility of ********?"
Anyway, life-ruining comments aside, it actually kind of ruins Uchihacest for me, to a certain degree ^^; Mostly because I don't really like Itachi's character anymore. The 'inner' Itachi really bothers me, in that it seems like Kishimoto had to give Itachi an entirely different personality in order to make his motives believable, which I see as kind of a cop out. And the latest chapters... it seems too easy for Sasuke to defeat Itachi. I don't know, I just think that Itachi should have been able to inflict more damage. It's Kishimoto's own fault that we have such high expectations for this fight ^^; He really built Itachi up, so I think he should have done more to meet our expectations. Sasuke's really received no actual damage, he's just worn out. Even Deidara managed to hurt him, but not Itachi? I just don't see it.
But I can see how some people would see this as making ItaSasu more plausible. If only because Itachi intends to make part of Sasuke part of himself. xD; A bit too literally, but yes...

I agree Chieira. I was rather disappointed in this battle too. I was hoping for more of a beating like what happened pior to Shippuden in the hotel, but that is just me being a Sasuke-hater. xp
But anyways, I was hopping for more hand-to-hand combat, some more justus, and was not expected the genjustus constantly. And I think that is what made this battle a turn off. The constant genjustu and lack of actual fighting.

I was hoping for some more actual combat as well. It's starting to turn into the Pein/Jiraiya fight, where I just kind of want it to be over.

i honestly didnt like the whole sasuke itachi battle and ruined my view on the whole uchihacest thing. To me it seemed like a bad drama or roleplay, and i just wanted it to be over with.
however i was sad in the end right before itachi's death ( its un-known if itachi is dead just yet until sasuke declares hes dead , at least i think so )
when itachi poked sasukes forehead it made me sad and renewed the who itachi sasuke relationship.
although itasasu was never a major favorite of mine i still like the pairing to some degree.

Im my opinion Itachi is gonna die since keepin him alive in the show would be pointless to me...im also not such a big fan of the pairing

I forgot all about Kisame and Suigetsu. xD But, in the latest chapter, I totally called it when I said that Kishi would have the Uchihaness for 3 seconds, and then switch to Naruto and them fighting Madara.
