seeing as most threads were too specific, I figured I'd make this general thread...
IS IT TRUE?!?!?! MY MOM SAID SHE WAS GOING THROUGH TICKETMASTER AND IT SAID THAT NIGHTWISH CANCELED THEIR CANADA TOUR!!!!!!!
I'm freaking out!!!!

Not so much staring, please let's all be friends!..well...In a way I'm glad they canceled, cause had they not, I'd miss it, and they wouldn't come for more years, so at least I won't miss it if my friends go.

Traeurn Eventually, hopefully, Nightwish will come to Canada, I''m saving up my money for then. if I have to pay for it, which my mom said she'd do, then I can't go, cause I have to save up almost everything I get for the next 8 years for when me and 3/4 of my best friends and I move to Vancouver. Do you live in Canada? Haha, I was talking to Mel, and she left for a bit and her sister came on, and she said "what highschool are you going to?" and I replied "Peterbrough collegiate and vocational school" and she said "hmm...never heard of it." I was like -__- so I said "did mel tell you where I live?" and she said no, so I was like "canada" and she said "Really? Cool!!!" I was like O_o so I replied "and no I don't live in an igloo" and she answered, "I wanna live in an igloo!!" I was like *back....away......verrry......slowly...... and her sister(which I now refer to her ad 'Duck') is 15! fif effin teen! >_<" I don't know how Mel lives with that crazy hatchling...

Very nice. It is the goal of me and a good friend of mine (the one who introduced me to Nightwish, actually) to see Nightwish live. No matter what, we will, some day.
One good Nightwish related thing happened today to counter my bad Nightwish experience yesterday (went to buy Over the Hills and Far Away at the only place in this damn city that has Nightwish, and they were out), my Once shirt finally came in the mail. I wanted a Ghost Love Score shirt, but by the time I actually got around to ordering, they were gone. Oh well, this shirt still kicks some serious a**.

well yeah.. in BC, we have a lot of mountains, in alberta and saksatchewan, we have a lot of praries...ontario is a lot of mixed forests...Quebec........err...quebec......is french......and the territories are very...cold?....And....the east coast is.....wet.....very wet........
I, along with Jibb, Prophet of sorrow, Arisonge and coco_me live in Ontario...We are pretty clean...err....Niagra falls is great.......it's.....a waterfall? thatt's slowly moving to the us! How dare they take our water!......fall!...... ninja ......But in 8 years I'm moving to BC along with 3 of my 5 best friends....one is moving to either europe or africa...and the other one ....lives in the states and may visit us! woot!.....and......well....not much to tell you.....some of us are really patriotic, others don't care....we don't live in igloos, we didn't copy our currency from monopoly(though if I weren't Canadian, I'D think so) and we are still the best hockey players wink .... sweatdrop ninja And now us Canadians are getting pissed, cause we haven't seen a Nightwish show since last year...well not me personally...but...you know..........We may see the show....or we may not....I don't know...err...if you know Stargate SG-1, they film that in BC, Vancouver actually, which is where I'm moving, err.....they're gonna film cheaper by the dozen two in Peterborough where we live, so get ready to see Hilary Duff >_<""""" meh....she's probably a kewl person but she should NOT have gone into singing......and.......err...what else about Canada.........umm......we have polar bears?..................Everybody else thinks we have an accent...I spent a whole day trying to listen to myself to see if I had an accent at all.....but then that would be subject to interpretation. we are the friendliest!..... *cough*....err...............I make good spagetthi? I don't know what much to say about our fair land....a few others that have come here said it was cold...only in the winter or if you're me...I'm used to living in a sauna..>< no AC at my house....well there's nothing really particular about the country in whole I could tell you.....hmm....Soph, help me out, you've got to know something.....

It's not so much that we have accents, it's just that we pronounce certain words differently. When I visit the US I'm always noticing people calling a roof a "ruff" and stuff like that. And it's mainly people from the east coast (Newfoundlanders are huge culprits) that say "eh".
