User ImageThe little kit couldn't believe it, she wasn't entirly a little kit anymore. She had grown, and it seemed like just yesterday she had been a lot smaller...Or was it yesterday? Learning how to make guns and planing things for the Apocalypse ate so much of her time that she really did lose track of the days, or maybe she just didn't care what day it was. The only day that really mattered anyways, was the day the Apocalypse would start. And darn it, it would be soon!

Now that she had grown, did that mean she was nubile? She didn't want to be nubile, no then she'd have the boys all over her, trying to get her number and whatever else it was boys did. She didn't have time for boys. The Apocalypse was too important to waste such time on members of the opposite sex.

With a huff the female shoved a few army men and some firecrackers into her sleeves before wandering out of the house. She'd bug uncle Jack for more weapon making leassons later, maybe ask dada about some fighting tips. Maybe even borrow mama's water cannon and try and shoot her brother with it, that sounded fun. Nothing better then a good game of sibling vs. sibling.

Black tiped ears perked up, blinking and glancing from left to right. Where should she go today? There wasn't really any reason for leaving the house, but maybe she'd go and explore the woods for a bit, blow some things up. Get out some frustration maybe. She'd find something to do, maybe trying to find some water and have some fun blowing up some frogs while pelting them with army men, launching firecrackers. Yeah, that sounded like a good idea. Quickly she scramled off in search for some frogs.

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show. And what was the best place to look for frogs? A pond, of course! Or rather... a place where a pool had formed at a sharp bend in a stream, for that is where Amuck currently was, grabbing frogs large and small with his spindly fingers and plunking them in a lidded bucket he'd procured who-knows-where. And what was he planning to do with these frogs? He wasn't entirely sure yet. Perhaps he'd freeze them and then leave them in random bits of bedding around the HQ. That sounded like fun, yes.

And then! Yes, then he spied a little silver and blue form heading purposefully his way. Come to complain about him trapping helpless animals? No, she didn't seem angry. At least not at him. Or perhaps she was? He wasn't very good at guessing that sort of thing to be honest. What would she do if he handed her a frog? Hmm. "?what does the little silverling do herE" he queeried in a slightly giddy sounding baritone. Someone to prank! Or to play with. Every once in a while someone came along that could appreciate his rather peculiar tastes in entertainment.

Just then a frog jumped out of the bucket, for he'd paused in the middle of closing it, and he snatched it up mid-air and plunked it back inside with his spindly fingers. He gave it a slightly manic grin and chuckled under his breath with his rather peculiar laugh before forcefully slamming the lid down.

And a pond was exactly where she ended up. Pestilence wasn't entirly sure as to how she managed to find the pond, but you wandered aroud looking for something long enough then you were bound to find it eventually, right? Well that was how it had seemed to work for her. The sound of croaking filled her ears as she neared the pool of water, a large dark figure seemed to be grabbing hold of everyone it could get its hands on.

Hmmmm. Odd thing that. Hands.

She canted her head to the side. The other was big. Very very big. Even though she had grown, they were still so much larger then she was. Eyes narrowed, fixing upon the lidded bucket. What was the other catching frogs for? Interesting. At the sound of their voice (which was rather odd at that) she identified the other as a male. Least they had sounded like one.

"
Ploting." she spoke with a pout. The young female took a step back as a frog had escaped the bucket, and was quickly snatched back up and returned to its former prison. She'd probably feel sorry for them..If she didn't want to blow them up that is. "Save some frogs for the rest of us. -Some of us need things to practice on. The Apocalypse doesn't come easy you know." she gave a nod slowly creeping forward.

Ah yes. Hands. The gift of the Trick kitsusagi, further enabling them to drown themselves in their peculiar curse of ill recieved humor. His grin widened a bit at her reply to his question and he sat back to tap at his chin with a finger when she continued to speak. ".plottinG ?for whaT ?what sort of practice are you planninG .going to freeze the froggies and put them in the bedding at the HQ .or waS ?methinks you might have something more interesting in mind, to speak of an ApocalypsE" Apocalypse. That was like... the ultimate in chaos. The very thought made him clap his hands like a gleeful child.

Pestilence stood a rather curious look in her masked eyes. Perhaps odd wasn't the word to descibe this fellow, no he seemed a bit more then just odd. Not to mention he talked funny. "Yes, plotting. -You know, for all kinds of things. Like making sure my enemies don't get the upper hand." She licked her chops, giving her tails a flick before sitting down.

"
Freezing the things and putting them in bedding? -I am not some prankster I'll have you know." she huffed, stomping her forepaws on the ground. Honestly, thinking that she'd go around pulling simple pranks. The nerve! "Much more interesting then pranks. I need to practice for the coming Apocalypse! I'm one of the four horsemen you know!"

With that she dug down into one of her sleeves pulling out and army man and holding it up so the other could see. "
I'm planing my army. So I need to test some BOOMs on the froggies. -But if you take them all then I wont have anything to use, but my little green men here. -This one is George. He's probably going to die in action like the other hundreds before him. But they got proper burrials..Most of them anyways. --You see, these guys are only good for long distance testing. The frogs can help me test moving targets. So no taking anymore or I'll kick your butt! It'll be easy 'cause it's so big!" she stuck out her tongue, squinting her eyes.

Amuck's tails flicked. One. Two. Three. "!if you have enemies you should make booby trapS" Oh! He loved booby traps. Booby traps were so much more entertaining than simple pranks. It was just difficult to make things like spike pits when the ground was cold and hard from winter. Sure, things were warming up! The frogs attested to that. The ground just took so much longer... maybe he should set up another swinging log on a cliff path to knock the unwary over the edge to their dooms? Hmm.

He'd very nearly forgotten Pestilence was there until she spoke again, though at the mention of herself as a Horseman his posture changed to something that was possibly even more disturbing. He bounced half a step forward and crouched down so his head was on a level with her, a full fledged maniacal grin stretched across his maw. His clawed fingertips were raking at the soil while his tail tips twitched rapidly, making him look rather like an excited, demonic cat. "!horsmeN ?which one, which onE"

Though as Pestilence continued he slowly sat up, and then sat back, continuing to lean back as she spoke until he was at an angle where he most likely should have toppled over but somehow didn't. He tilted his head quizzically at her, and then turned to peer at his rump, wiggling it experimentally as he examined it with furrowed brow before shrugging it off. Then all at once he'd grabbed the bucket of frogs and practically shoved it in Pez's face. "!BOOM .Amuck likes booms, yessssS" He cackled then with his bizarre hyena-squirrel laugh. It was enough to make one wonder if there was something wrong with his vocal chords as well as his mind.

Booby traps? What good were those? Ok so that could prove to the world that she was a genius. She'd make the traps, catch a bunch of people in them and prove just how superior she really was. No one would doubt her, no one. They'd all fear the little horseman. Where exactly would she put the booby traps though? They weren't really her thing. She much prefered shooting at people. "Why booby traps?" she questioned, keeping a serious (yet somewhat peeved) look on her face.

Pestilence blinked, her dark tiped ears fliping back as Amuck lowered himself to her level, asking which horsemen she was. He seemed rather excited about the whole fact. Her eyes narrowed, as she lifted a paw, poking at his nose. "
Pestilence!" the female grined proudly, swaying her tails. "The best one of the four Horsemen!" Oviously she was the best one.

She watched as he sat back up, wiggling his rump. Yup, it was definitely big, of course that was probably just because he was larger then she was. It was rather sudden that the bucket was shoved in her face, causing the little female to topple over. Her lip curled, as she pushed herself up to her feet with a growl. He knocked her over! How dare he! And she would have certainly have pounced him if he hadn't uttered what he did next.

Booms? He liked booms? Masked eyes widened, her mouth opening a little. She hadn't really met anyone that loved booms that she wasn't related to. How interesting. "
Well you better like BOOMs! The world is going to be filled with them when I'm done. -So who's side are you on?" From the way the big guy spoke it certainly seemed like he was on the side of the Apocalypse, but she just had to ask.

Amuck raised his hands to cup his cheeks in a thoughtful way. ".booby trapS .booby traps are for suprising enemieS !catch them when they think they're sneaking up on yoU .then they get punishmeeeentsssS" He grinned again and wagged his tails.

And was Pestilence the best of the horsemen? Amuck had to ponder that for a moment. Death was okay... but where was the fun if people just dropped dead? Famine... was just quiet, and there. It made people miserable but it didn't inspire terror as much as the others. War was fun! He liked war. Full of blood and chaos and traps. Pestilence... people were terrified of sickness. People would go to amazing and insane lengths to try and wipe out sickness, to keep from catching it. Plagues! Epidemics! And so hard to stop... All right, he wasn't sure if Pestilence or War was better, but Pestilence was one of the good ones. So he just nodded.

"!BOOMS ...sidE ?there are sideS ?can people even take a side against the ApocalypsE" He seemed quite confused on that matter. How does one side against the ultimate end of the world? It wasn't like you could stop it. ".supposing, supposing ...supposing there are sides, I am on the side that makes the most mayheM" Yes... that seemed about right. And obviously... the Apocalypse made the most mayhem, yes? Yes. ".ApocalypsE"

Pestilence listened, keeping herself quiet as Amuck spoke of traps. "No, no." the female finally spoke, shaking her head. "Why would anyone sneek up on a Horseman? -They wouldn't. It would be suicide. --And I think if I put booby traps around the house then I'd end up catching people I'm not supposed to." A pause, as the little masked one lifted a paw, tapping at her chin. "But you are right. There are some stupid people out there. Might think they can take me down and attack. -Maybe I could put some booby traps outside of the house. It's not like anyone needs to go outside. And I'd know where they were so I could always- Yeah. I think I might do that. Good idea, Big Butt."

At his nod, she just grined. Yes, she was indeed the best of the Horsemen. He was good to nod, had he done otherwise, she'd have had to add him to the list. And no one. No one. Wanted to be on that list. Honestly it could be considered by some to be worse then a mobster's hit list.

"
Of course people can take a side!" Pestilence blurted out, her brows furrowing. "There's for it and against it! And all those against it die first. Those for it get to watch in glory as the world falls to chaos." she nodded sharply, her tails flailing. The young female's stern look softened slightly as the male confirmed what side he was on. "Good, so you're on the Apocalypse's side. Part of my army. -I wont have to kill you now then. Which is both good and bad. --I mean it'd be fun if you weren't and then I got to, because other then blowing up frogs I've never really gotten to do anything like that. But it's also means that there's another person on the side of the Apocalypse, and soon we'll be able to crush those that oppose us."

Eyes narrowed. Hmmmm, if he was for the Apocalypse, then she may just have a job for him.
PostPosted: Thu Feb 28, 2008 2:50 pm

"?Big ButT .AmucK .name is AmucK" He nodded again. Traps were fun! Who cares if you caught the wrong person? But then Amuck had never really had anyone around he actually cared enough about to not want them to fall in his traps.

".wrong side dieS .no one can stop the ApocalypsE .no sense, no sensE" He shook his head. The Apocalypse was so wonderfully chaotic! And it couldn't be stopped. If you tried, you died. He couldn't understand why there would be another side. But apparently there were actually people who didn't like chaos. How strange.

"?crushings like the people who trip my log trap on the cliff and get knocked off to go SPLAT .I like crushings toO" He nodded again, then cocked his head as her eyes narrowed. She was plotting again, hmm? Amuck might be insane, and he might not seem bright at times, but he was far more clever than most people gave him credit. "?Pestilence has an ideA"

Amuck? His name was Amuck? What a wonderful name. He was practically chaos walking then. Perfect, perfect. How great to have someone like that on the side of the Apocalypse. You could never have enough chaos after all. If more was always better who could argue that more chaos was a bad thing? No one that's who. "Nice name."

The female giggled, with a nod. "
Exactly!" her voice chirped, tails wagging. "Those who are against the Apocalypse are idiots. They don't know a good thing when they see it. So they all die. One by one or in a WHOOOOOLE group. Doesn't really matter. -But the really bad ones. The really really bad ones that get other people to be against the Apocalypse. They die slowly. They die after all the others. They get to see a little bit of the start of the Apocalypse before they go and kick the bucket." There were people like that out there, and those were the people she wanted to get to. Perferably before they could get anyone else to be against her chaos to come. That way she's just kill them now and save herself from a big headache later. Of course making them watch the start of the chaos did sound pretty sweet.

A log trap? "
Well you are big. Crushing things has got to be easy with that size." She had to say, knocking people off a cliff did sound fun. Maybe she'd throw some of the frogs off a cliff later and see if any survived.

Her ears twitched. "
What makes you think I have an idea?" she canted her head to the left, which was about the same time a rather large grin spread across her tiny maw. "You see I got bigger. Now I'm nubile as dada puts it. -Do you have a girlfriend?"
PostPosted: Fri Feb 29, 2008 10:23 am

Of course it was a good name! Though, perhaps, not as good as being named one of the Four Horsemen. But apparently he'd been recruited to help with this Apocalypse that the little silver female was planning, so that was almost as good. He couldn't quite decide if it was a real world-ending Apocalypse, or if she was only going to cause a lot of mayhem in the hopes of causing one. Either way he was quite pleased to be deemed of use.

He just grinned manically through her little monologue, wagging his tails, though he seemed contemplative when she mentioned his size again and how easy it must be to crush things. ".easier than when I was not so biG" Not that he could remember that time very well...

".narrowing eyeS .posturE .you looked like you'd just thought of somethinG" He was part prankster and part havoc-wreaker, he'd gotten good at reading body language to gauge the potential and the reactions of his victims. He started to grin when she did, though her question caught him a bit off guard. Nubile? Wasn't she still a bit young for that? Not that he supposed he'd really know. He'd never found much time or interest for that sort of thing. "?girlfrienD .nO .too busy making troublE" And that... was pretty much the description of his life, wasn't it?

A real world-ending Apocalypse or simply enough mayhem to cause one. Pestilence certainly believed that it was the real deal, and that she was a real Horseman of the Apocalypse. No one had really argued with her over that fact, so there was no reason for her to think otherwise. Not that she would have listened to anyone that told her otherwise.

Yes, yes. She has thought so. "
Must be nice to crush things whenever you want." she nodded, tails coiling up into a ball. It made no sense to her really, why crushing things was harder when you were small. Maybe something to do with muscle. Perhaps she'd ask mama or dada about it sometime. Of course being smaller also ment that you had to think about things before crushing anything. It certainly was a good thing she was a genius, though BOOMs were more fun then CRUNCHs.

Pestilence listened as Amuck described her movement, giving away how one could tell how she was plotting something. "
Hmm." Well yes, she supposed she could see how that could give the thought that she had gotten an idea. And she certainly was a tad young for the word nubile, not that she had realized it. "Perfect." her grin widened. "I've got a job for you then, Amuck. -I'm way to busy planing for the Apocalypse. Much much too busy for boys. But because I'm nubile then oviously boys will be flirting with me which I clearly have no time for. So if everyone thinks I'm taken then I wont have to deal with any of the little idiots." she nodded, such wonderful logic in that. "So you're my boyfriend, when in public --got it?"

Her attention shifted to the bucket. "
Now help me move the frogs to a good explosion grounds." She wasn't going to take no for answer on the boyfriend thing and it hadn't even been a minute before she was barking orders. That was what boyfriends and girlfriends did right? Order eachother around?

BOOMs, CRUNCHs, SPLATs. It was all the same to Amuck. Prank or trap, he just wanted to watch the fun. It was peculiar, perhaps, how much he enjoyed others' pain, fright, and frustration when they were reacting to one of his little 'suprises' while at the same time it rarely occured to him to do something to a person himself without some prodding. But it wasn't that he liked hurting people, oddly enough. It was the reactions he wanted. The full and varied displays of emotion. Perhaps because in the midst of the chaos that was his mind it was the one way he could experience such emotions himself, like some sort of emotional vulture. Sadistic glee he had in plenty, outrage when his work was insulted, perhaps, and mild confusion in droves for he didn't understand anything else. He wasn't a Nobody, but in his own way he was emotionally handicapped just as badly as Pez.

".boyfrienD ?boyfrienD" He tilted his head. This was definitely one of those moments of confusion, but it was quickly shrugged off and replaced by his usual manic glee. What did he care? If it wasn't serious, it didn't really matter if he played along, because he never took time for such things anyway. And if Pestilence was going to let him watch BOOMs and help her blow things up and knock people off cliffs and the like he certainly didn't have anything to complain about. It was, after all, precisely the sort of thing he enjoyed. So he scooped up his bucket of frogs and tucked it into the crook of his arm and loped after the kit with his strange cackle and an odd three-legged gait.

Although Pestilence enjoyed the reactions on the faces of her victims or just those that happened to be around when she was blowing things up (they were quite hilarious after all), she mostly blew things up because she enjoyed the sound. The look of the area. The ash raining down from the sky. Senseless destrcution, it was glorious. It didn't matter who got hurt along the way, as long as she could have her Apocalypse, all was well. She certainly didn't mind hurting people, and actually seemed to find some sort of gratifying pleasure in doing so.

"
Yes, boyfriend. That shouldn't be too hard for you, right? -If you can crush things and knock people off cliffs being a boyfriend should be no trouble at all." It's not like being in a relationship, especially a fake one could be anything but easy. Of course the only people in a relationship that she knew of was her parents, but hey they made it look easy. And she only had to act all girlfriendly in public this whole ruse would be simple.

She trotted off, glancing back over her shoulder to make sure that he was following. They were going to blow up some frogs. Guts, blood, and ruble everywhere!
