Simple thing to do, you rate me and I'll rate back.
I'll rate on what I think of your avi and not general opinion.
From time to time I can be harsh so this is a little warning.
If you don't want to be rated back then please put that you don't want to be and I'll skip you. (Though I may thank you for the rate.)
I don't mind constructive criticism, just don't be hateful about it please.

Your avatar has alot of red, and maybe you should add more blue to match your scarf + shoes. Thats just my opinion.

Rate for BugBoots: It seems I've rated you somewhere else recently, my opinion hasn't changed. Thankyou for your rate. ^^ The Deshar 4/10 The colour of the socks don't really match with the rest of the outfit, I've never really liked the buck teeth item since it makes the avi look dumb. However I do like the way you've tried to make the colours blend by using some items that have some of the sock colour in them.

Nice costume, it has a nice comical value and everything seems to work well together. I beleive you've thought this avi through though thats just what I think. I don't like the bug squatter, it looks out of place in the avi.

Hmm...An interesting avi. I like how you've gone for the dispair look, you even seem to make the horseman behind you look dispairingly. Most of the items on your avi look nice together, however the penguin slippers just don't go at all, they look too much like an evil cute for an avitar with a dispair look. I also don't like the pink bear by your avi's leg, something about it makes it seem out of place.

hummmmmm
I say 7/10
the scarf and the shoes are just random with your character. It does not go well with the red fire of your avy. I am advising to have a larger variety of colors/stick to just red and black(since black easily matches everything)/or not bother with a scarf
of course, since it is advise and opinion it does not mean that you have to do such.
overall, your avatar is good, the sword matching the eyes, matching the clothing except the scarf and shoes. (that and I love red and fire, lol)
