Get a maxipad, doublesided tape and a heat pack.
Activate the heatpack, stick some doublesided tape on the back of it and then put it in slip of your panties. Next, put a maxipad over it (as a deflector for the more extreme heat ranges) and pull them panties up.
Now your v****a is toasty all day long (Granted you got something with some wings).

The Mighty Z-Rex Get a maxipad, doublesided tape and a heat pack.
Activate the heatpack, stick some doublesided tape on the back of it and then put it in slip of your panties. Next, put a maxipad over it (as a deflector for the more extreme heat ranges) and pull them panties up.
Now your v****a is toasty all day long (Granted you got something with some wings).
