Cualtzin had been down for a couple of days and decided it was time to get out and have some fun. His mate had been gone for almost a year now, and he was beginning to wonder when he'd see her again. Of course, he some how knew she was doing ok. He flicked his long curly mane as he ventured away from his teepee. It'd been a while since he last did that. He had a silly grin upon his face as he did so.
It was sunny, which made things much better, and one could tell that spring was just right around the corner. The wind still had a bit of cold bite to it, but it would soon be gone in the a week or two, or that's what he figured. He was mostly black and white. Though, what stood out the most was his vibrant hair. With streaks of bright pink, orange, yellow, and purple along with white and black.
His friend, Haidar decided to stay home and be lazy. The wolf had gotten lazy since his kids grew up, but he'd hadn't tried to change Haidar's habits. He would soon, but for now, he figured it was best to get out on his own for a while. He needed the fresh air, and perhaps to meet knew and old friends. He hadn't talked to anyone for a while. He trotted lightly threw a small little wooded area, that came to a nice opened field. His favorite place to go, and it was so beautiful.
