What is the fastest way to make gold here on Gaia? I am currently at 1,370; and slowly climbing. Any advice to make that climbing much faster?

1)Selling/Exchanging wisely.
Since the change of the market place it is a little harder to make gold, however due to inflation alot of items still stand at their original price.
You can make alot from event items that you haven't originally bought and keep collecting those and selling those.
As for exchanging. Try to exchange lower priced items to higher ones in the Exchange forum.
There's lots of threads about this knocking about you just have to find them.
2) Bumping/posting comments <--
Tedious if you're only out for gold though it will take a while to raise your count but it will go up slowly.
3)Gaming
Collecting tickets from cards then selling the items exchanged for tickets on the MP.
Fishing takes a while to make any real profit. Unless you save up for hats and sell those.
Jigsaw/Wordbump - Quite slow moving. The same as earning gold from posting.
4) Creating a quest thread for donations for a specific item
Be careful not to make it sound like you're begging and make it interesting not just a "bump" type thread. You'll be suprised who will just give you items for nothing.
5)Joining Guilds with contests.

I bought two of those new rose things and sold them for 150k.
Invest.
After I sold the roses I bought some older items that keep going up. So then I can sell them later. biggrin

If you are not counting on spending actual monehs on gaia i recomend you to build up your capital by doing these activities daily:
Journal, forum posts, commenting and votin in arenas/profiles/etc, polls, and playing jigsaw.
Then, when your actives raise over about 20k, start selling collectibles and getting older ones. (sell 2 flame swords to get a single older item, that is indeed more expensive). Inflation will do the rest.

I usually just sell whatever i dont need in the market place, and use my tokens at the slots and sell the tickets earned in the market place, i love doing the jigsaw puzzles and there fast ways to earn gold because when you finish the puzzle you earn gold harder the puzzle the more gold in my experience smile
