With a shiver and a squeal, the new anthro stumbled through the just opened shop door, only to whirl around and slam it shut to keep the cold air out. Finally in the warmth, she allowed herself a few seconds to pause, all of the cold feelings building up throughout her entire body before she released them in a rather large shudder, and she hugged her thin arms to her chest. Shivering again, she shook off one foot and then the other, thankful for her warm, fuzzy legwarmers and matching scarf, although she didn't know why Nichii had told her to go out in a skimpy little skirt. Crazy humans...
All bitter(ly cold) thoughts aside, she quickly peered over her shoulder and scanned the area for any sort of source of warmth. Her rich brown eyes swiftly landed on what looked like a comfy armchair, and... a fireplace! Thankfully, it looked like it had been lit recently, and was currently a wonderful roaring fire, spurting warmth into the room. She took one hand away from the door and half-turned, frowning at the chair that seemed so far from the warmth. With a little pout, she continued to stand by the cold door, debating on what to do. And, apparently, it was a very hard decision.
Her mind finally made up, she reluctantly pulled her other hand from the door and made a mad, stumbling dash towards the chair, and swiftly collapsed into it with a sigh. As if recently turning into an anthro hadn't made any sort of forward movement horrendously awkward and uncertain enough, the cold outside (and the lack of covering over her knees and upper legs, damn skirts) had numbed her legs and made walking even more awful and difficult. With a contented sigh, she slumped down in the chair before rustling around in it, and curled up to try and warm herself better. At the moment, she wasn't concerned at all about how her clothes looked (or their placement; collapsing into and wriggling in chairs isn't exactly a good idea in a skirt) at the moment; all she knew was she was cold, she was in front of a nice fire, and the bits of fabric called clothes were nice and warm.
