Jutsu Name:Wind of a million ice blades

(note: because this is a ice jutsu, you need the bloodline)

Jutsu Range: Short(0-10 meters), Medium(10-30 meters), Long(30-100 meters)

Jutsu Conditions:
This justsu can only be preformed under two conditions. One, is that the user must either be near a water source, or be able to manipulate water in the air. Two, is that the user must have vast amounts of chakra, and be able to completely control every aspect of both chakra and water.

Jutsu Description:
When used near a water source, or when enough water is used from a source, large ice pillars, anywhere from one to five, rise up from the ground or water where the jutsu is used. These ice pillars then break into smaller pieces of ice, that are both thin and sharp, infused with large amounts of chakra. Depending on the height of the pillar, is how many of these small shards are made. Usually around six to eight feet tall, an amount can go from anywhere from one thousand to too many to count. The ice blades are so thin, that they seem to float in the air. They are moved, controlled by the user's chakra. They float through the air, near the target. They are so sharp, that when they pierce a target, they don't feel it. The blades then slice through the opponent, making numerous cuts and gashes.
