Lily slowly walked up to the large rock she called home. She looked up at it, the hair hanging from her mouth. Most of the lions were still sleeping. Her being a tiger she woke up much earlier then the lions did. She flexed her claws leaving very fine line sin the soft earth. She jugged up to the rock slabbe dthat jutted out form the entrance and laid down off to the side. She dropped her hair and turned her head around looking into the den. She put a heavy paw on teh prey like it would jump up and run away.

Lily smelt Kade behind her. She smiled and allowed him to think he had her. She laid down. Her tail twitching back and forth as it normaly did.

Lily jumped up and moved slightly to the side send Kuda off his mark and in front of the hair. "Hungry?" She said licking him makeing sure he was ok. She smiled sat next to him. "I'm going down to the watering hole today with a few of the other lionesses and one of the cubs, your welcome to coem if you want."

Lily nodded. When they had finished she licked her fur clean and watched as the lions came out slowly. She shook her head looking out at what time in the day it was. Two mothers and their cubs, a set of twins following one of the lionesses, came out and towards Lily and Kuda. "I see you two have already eaten." The older of the two said and sat down. The twins ran over to Kuda and tackled him. The other mother looked at Lily, she didn't much like haveing a tiger in the pride but didn't argue with the leaders. She smiled at her own cub. "Ashley, let's start heading down to the hole." Ashely looke dup at her mother and nodded watched the otehr cubs playing as she padded after her mother. Lily shook her head. "We're ready when you are." She said smiling down at the three.

Lily smiled shakeing her head. "We're not baboons you know Kuda." But none the less she didn't knock him off. She paded down with the other mother and her cubs. When they reached the bottom Ashely ad her mother were sitting down waiting for them. "Alright. let's go." Lily started off at a run with the others following her, the cubs in the middle of the group and Lily slowing down to be in the front of it. When they reached the watering hole they all walked over and got a drink. Lily kept looking up makeing sure nothing was going to come out and attack them while they drank.

Ashely's ears flicked back and forth between her mother and Kuda. When she finished she yawned and laid down in the shade of a tree. Lily sat down and licked her paw rubbing it on her head. The twins giggled as they ran past Kuda to go play. One of the turned around and padded back over to him. "Hey, wanna play?" The other one smiled and came over as well. Lily smiled and laid down with Ashely and the otehr mothers. The twin's mother shook her head. "The only wya to tell them apart is that Ling still has her spots. Meruk lost his a few weeks ago." Lily looked at the two. Ling had semi-dark spots on her back and top of her head while Meruk was fully tan. Ashely jumped up and ran up to the other three. "Can I play?" She asked looking from Kuda to Meruk then Ling.

Ling and Meruk jumped up and down. They smiled. "Let's go and run around, maybe play tag!" Meruk jumped in. "Mom let's us go far as long as she can see us and we can hear her." Lily laid her head down. She didn't mind if Kuda went off. She just made sure he stayed in distance that she could get to him when need be. Ashely smiled ready to play.
