(Cause I have no better Ideas Kumori is apart of the League of Shadows bwahahaha)
At ground its just a regular bar. though at the back is a small office that Kumori can be found in and hired as and assassin. this room also has a secret entrance to a elevator that goes down to the Guild levels.
The sublevels go down 4 levels and this acts as a training/base of operations for the League of Shadows in Haven.
((You can hire Kumori to assassinate people, Capture people, or Gather intel.))

Lucidity walks into the bar. He heard tell of an assassin for Hire here, and was determined to Get him to kill somebody. He looked around for someone who might have known about the man.

*The door quckly opens the room is fairly small with a desk set in the middle of it, Kumori sit at the desk wearing his ninja cloths minust he mask his goggles are set over his eyes as always as he watches Lucidity*

*a ninja steps out becoming visable grabs the suit case then quickly disapears* it should take only a few days....I have to watch them for a little while befor I go rushing into any traps so be patient you'll get your kill......
