Seen 'em yet? Personally, I like the hairstyles. And feel slightly affronted by the fact that it's no longer necessary to shell over bunches of money for a nice hairstyle. The old ones were... blah. Crap shading, some weird effects with this skin (Speed style turned my face pink), and overall ugliness. But they're a nice update to hairstyles, and I want this one, so I really can't complain too much.
The eyes sort of scare me. But it's nice to see more variety in color, and style. There's one that's actually very nice in grey, and if I weren't a vampire I'd get it when Gaia let us older users have them. But... I'll keep my vampire skin. However hidden it may be.
As for the sets. That was a long-overdue overhaul. Starter sets make great filler pieces for any avatar, due to their low cost and wide range of colors, so that was a very pleasant surprise. And... I like those dresses, with the fur or whatever. Have to figure out how to work that into a nice avatar...

i agree i ike them alot!
especailly since i have a ton of accessories and no clothes. ^-^ they work amazing for fillers!

They are very nice. I think I'm going to try out the new hairstyles soon. It just seems a bit wrong that he cheapest stuff is so nice, it will look better but if you wear it, you're automatically a noob and aren't taken seriously in the forums...

Don't take the forums seriously. People with over cluttered avi's are generally the ones acting noobish...

I'm a bit disappointed with the mouths. Not only are they only available to new people, but they also failed to give the option of not having a mouth which they claim they are working on. I seriously doubt it's that hard.

Yeah, the whole "only-available-to-new-people" thing is exceptionally annoying. I mean, shouldn't these things be to the benefit of all members, not just those newly joined?
