To me, the first one looks like her boobs are pushed to her left. It doesn't look right to me.

Its very good! But I think her head is turned a little bit to much with the pose she's in.

On the second one i would clean up the lines on the legs(not the fish nets they are fin) or if you are good at coloring i would color it.
