50% of Americans have some form of parasite in them and 75% of the world's population has some form of parasite. Nifty, eh? xp
My English class is giving speeches on our research papers (which could be on whatever topic we choose) and someone did his paper on parasites. I was thoroughly disgusted.

-The Insane Faerie- Shakespeare invented the words "assassination" and "bump." Issac Asimov invented the word "robotics." whee Edit (or rather, I should clarify that I've read over and over that he invented the word while writing his short stories.)

Before something happens several alternative universes are created where each of the distinct possibilities for something to happen happen, but once one of those possibilities becomes the outcome of the event then that possibility outcome is the only true possibility outcome for this universe or of that event in this universe.

An observer can change the outcome of certain events simply by observing.
I heart Quantum Mechanics! whee Not particularly fond or familiar with the mathematical equations, but I like the science. 3nodding

Saikii Before something happens several alternative universes are created where each of the distinct possibilities for something to happen happen, but once one of those possibilities becomes the outcome of the event then that possibility outcome is the only true possibility outcome for this universe or of that event in this universe. Have you ever read "A Crack in the Line"? I can't remember by whom it was written, but it's amazing. It basically follows the story of a guy whose mother dies when a train derails, tracing the history back through various alternate dimensions formed at each choice or outcome of probability made along the way.
I also have a feeling it's the first in a trilogy, but I read it years ago and can't remember sweatdrop
