Well...I can help out with the gold situation and quest for/buy special items that can be given out as prizes/rewards for doing certain things. (i.e. assisting with the recruitment of others, representing our guild, etc.) I have a ton of item I don't need and I would be glad to donate them for the cause.

well i have one but also feel free to say no
well lets see how bout we all pitch in atleast 5000 gold then someone very trust worthy can hold it and buy a item of the value exceded ;also we should olny do this once a month
example : 5 people pitch in
= 25k then a item like the gothic veil witch is 23,627g
but say we have 10 then thats 50k
than you could buy somthing like the demonic anklets 43,120g
but any excess gold can be donated back to the guild
but i also left somthing out =_='' who gets the item
well maby there should be a contest of some kind to see who receves the item of the month
or we can hold a vote or maby somthing else ?
and also who ever holds the gold ill keep a a eye on there gold i have a link that lets me see how much gold some one has ..

...hm...that sounds pretty reasonable.... neutral ...well...personally, I think that the vice captains should be assigned certain jobs. i.e. checking and deleting useless posts, banning/recruiting members, handling gold and donations, sending out notifications to other Gaians through PMs notifying them of guild updates...etc. But that's just me. I seem to think complicatedly to others but it's simple to me. IDK. sweatdrop

 Always remember you're unique...Why shouldn't we start it now? I mean.. if it doesn't grow that fast, we have more time to check out everyone's work! And.. we could have like a drawing competition, in which we can all vote once for the person we like most! And if there is a tie, we could like.. make another round, and let people vote again! And then the winner could get something like young22 suggested! --> I think thats a pretty good Idea!
We could make several contests, maybe a writing contest (I know, it's an anime guild but that doesn't mean we can't have both) in which you give the beginning of a story and people who want to enter have to finish it, and the winner gets picked with the voting thingie again.
We could have loads of contests, prettiest Avi, most bumps (not in the guild), oh! and some contest of prettiest guild banner, then we have more guild banners and you can choose to place the best on ur prof! We could have a contest about who best describes the guild, etc!

Well, I guess so. Maybe having the art competitions would draw more people in anyway.
I'm still trying to come up with some ideas for events. My brain doesn't work so well right after school. -ponders-
