Well, ideally, if you want to invite people into your guild, you spread the word by putting it in your signature and or messaging people with shared interests. Making a seperate topic about it is a little rude against this guild and it's owners and makes it look like you're here to take members away from a current guild.

Also, in this same forum is a thread for advertising sites and the like, so ads really should go in there.
