1. The person above you says what picture they want.
(i.e I want a picture of Miki with cat ears)
2. You have to Draw it so you can't just get a picture out of google or out of the internet you have to actually draw it.
3. You can draw the picture on MS Paint or whatever program you want.
But it's optional to sketch your drawing and post it here
