I'm guessing it means that Exalted is so ridiculously crazy and insane that even level 1s can destroy entire armies and start out with awesome equipment while also having some ridiculously overpowered god-like skills. Yeah, everything in it is about as random as Tyranosaurs in F-14s, but with a nice ancient oriental fantasy theme 3nodding
I will now catch your insults and hurl them back to you as an energy arrow while literally jumping a mile high in the air over this mountain in front of me xd

Nope. It actually is a reference to the fact that there are both aircraft and dinosaurs in Creation. xd Though you are right that the other things apply too. 3nodding
And by the way, those arrows are ONE of the reasons I don't want to start out making any sidereal characters... though I might consider it in special circumstances. xd
