If you have a diamond in your inventory a level 95 Stranger may appear randomly and attack you with a ddp(++).

It's the stranger from Desert Tresure quest. It's not really a random, but it can randomly appear while you are doing the Desert Tresure quest and have a diamond in your inventory.
