All you have to do here, is fight a imaginary opponent. Basically, this is training, but the punching bag says annoying things after you punch it!
No limit to hitting it, although it may bounce back and smack you.

O.o...ooooh a punching bag..n.n So much fun!
-places a picture of an enemy- Ok...here goes! -consentraits on gathering energy, builds a small tornado- GUST TUORNADO!- hits it with the torado, Noob falls back and then comes bouncing back, but not before Kaze doges it- Ah missed me!
Noob: Hahahah ur a fat stupid loser that eats their own poop in the morning! hahaha
Arr...-gathers some more some more wind up and places it in an orb- ORB LIGHT! -hits Noob with it and once again doges the bounce back- Wow ur really hard to trash up...o.o

The next thing you see is being thrown in the air as the land everywhere you see is blown up by random peices of stone, fire, and whatnot. You look at the middle of the arena, and see Nexus laying on his back, apparently unable to move.]
