Fist off I'd like to say welcome to The Winged Pencil, and though this is a very fun loving forum, it still has rules that need to be abided by.
- Spam = Ban. Do it once and you will face a 1k fee, if you don't pay the fee within 2 week you will be banned.
- If an area is designated for art, don't put writing or other things that wouldn't fit in the thread.
- There is to be absolutely no flaming or put-downs on other people's works. If you don't think it's very good provide a reason why and how that person can better their works and help them grow. Breaking this rule twice will result in an immediate expulsion from the guild.
(Note: I will also be posting works, and don't feel pressured to give a positive comment because I'm the owner, no one will be thrown out because of criticism.)
- Next, refer to any or all rules that are posted in sub forums to make sure that you are following proper guild rules in order to keep the guild running smoothly.
- Keep it clean; I don't want anything above the PG-13 level, that means limiting the cursing, sex, drugs, and blood squirting. If you curse that's fine, but using it ever other word is unacceptable. No sexuality period, it's okay to be flirty and romantic in stories and art, but if the clothes come off, then you’re out. Drugs are semi tolerated in stories and art, but like cursing, I don't want to hear about some guy or girl shooting up in every line/it is not tolerated at all in art, so if I see it once your out! lastly the violence, which is tolerated to a certain level. I don't want to hear or see every fine detail about how a person is squirting blood out of their neck arteries.
- You are allowed to post your own topics as long as they are run by me first, if a see a topic pop out of thin air, and I didn't approve it, it's going right back.
- Finally, if I see any stolen works of art you will be instantly banned. No warnings, no seconds chances, you'll be out on your butt in a second flat.
So, follow the basic rules and we will be just fine. If you think I have forgot anything that needed to be said then tell me and I'll put it up.
