At the base of a majestic mountain, near the lightning countries border, is a large span of open grassy terrain.

Kaz walks over the plains, as the wind blows the grass towards the south. He sits down and enjoys the cool breeze.

Arina sat a little ways from the border, letting the wind tug at her auburn hair. The sky was empty of clouds, and two black birds flitted into Arina's view.

Kaz soon nodded off careless to what was going on in the area.

Arina pushed the hair out of her face before standing up. She was not very tall, but she was strong enough to protect herself.
Arina wandered farther into lightning territory, lazily swatting at the tall grass. In the distance she could make out something white sticking out from the grass.

kaz sorta fell over, and slept still in a very ackward position. Sitting, with his head leaning towards the side, almost near teh ground.

"Kazuma," Arina called curiously. It looked like him.
Arina stepped closer, crouching in the grass and sneaking forward.
"Oi," Arina shouted, attempting to suprise him. He had been sleeping rather amusingly.

kaz's eyes winced a little as he soon sat erect looking forward. Still half asleep he looked into the grass to see a young woman.

"Ha. You shouldn't sleep so close to the border. Wake up," Arina demanded with an amused smile on her face. She had suprised the Kazekage.
Arina stood back up and stared down at Kazuma, waiting for him to wake fully.

Kazuma sniffed a bit, yawned then with a quick flash of electricity zipped up to the top of the tree. "Good to see you patrolling the area arina" he said smiling.

Arina smirked and then stretched her arms. Today was a nice day to be outside.
"Got any missions today, Kazekage," Arina questioned curiously.

"Not Really, we dont have many ninja employed or a village other than A shack not to far." kaz jumped down and pulled out a map. "but I have an Idea for where our village will lie" he said smiling looking at the tallest mountain in the distance.

Arina shielded her eyes as she looked towards the mountains.
"Great. I can handle the earth, once we get there. We heading out then?" Arina asked ready to go. She shifted her weight back and forth excitedly, waiting for them to go claim their village.

"well you see its a wonderfull idea really!" he smirks " you see those clouds, above the mountain, well above those clouds about 100 meters or so is where our village is going to be." He jumps down "it may take a while to get used to the atmosphere but it'll make breathing and moving down here easy." he laughs "plus we'll be able to make tunnels all throughout the mountain, maybe even build buildings there. Sorta like making a fortress" he laughs and smiles at his thoughts.

"Well, I'll dig the tunnels then" Arina suggested with a quick smile than started walking towards the mountain. The dark rock of the mountain pierced the sky in such a way that it was almost impossible to look away.
