So my dad took me out to dinner Friday night at Friday's (first time I have EVER been there on an ACTUAL Friday lol xd )... And I randomly heard just a few notes in the background. I literally yelled across the table "BE QUIET IT'S A QUEEN SONG!!! O_O" It was Under Pressure... xd I could barely hear the song, but I recognized it instantly... So my dad's like refusing to buy me any more Queen CD's for a while... xp He's making me listen to other stuffs for a while... xd But it was so freaking hilarious... It was so loud and it was like impossible to hear the music for more than like two seconds... GAWD xd That also reminds me of this year's band trip to Chicago... we had a dinner cruise and me and my friend Ashleigh told everyone at our table to shut up so we could sing along to Bohemian Rhapsody when it came on xd We were like "OMG IT'S QUEEN EVERYONE STFU!!!" xd This ever happen to anyone else?? whee

lol-I went on a cruise, and my Zen MP3 died on like the first day, so I was Queen-deprived...anyways, every time I heard Queen, I'd get excited
While we were waiting for the magic show to start, they played 'a kind of magic' and 'don't stop me now' and I swear to god, i nearly pissed my pants
Next, during the 'battle of the sexes', when they announced the winners (guys), they played 'we are the champions'...I was so happy
then, I watched 'Blades of Glory' in the theatre, and when 'Flash' came on, I let out a quiet squeal...people gave me a dirty look)
lastly, my older cousins kept singing parts of BR...and I cringed...Freddie is the only one who can sing it properly...maybe Paul Rodgers...maybe
seriously though, I'm like that all the time...my parents don't forbid me though...except at 6:45am when I'm blow drying my hair, and I have my Wembley/Q+PR/Bowl/Montreal DVD blasting out of my laptop...then they get annoyed...

omg i know what you mean about Blades of Glory! My mom and I both just looked at eachother like "OMG can you believe it!?" xd
Has anyone seen I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry? the same thing happened in that movie. I think they play like atleast 2 or so Queen songs. I was watching it with my boyfriend and everytime I heard a song I would jump with excitement and he kinda got annoyed with that. sweatdrop

lol-I kept saying that Blades of Glory was a great movie because it had Queen and Aerosmith and ___ and ___ and ___. can't remember who else was in the soundtrack, but I know there were some other great ones
no, I haven't seen it yet...we were gonna rent it on Saturday, but we got Ocean's 13 instead...

I have one. My mom works in a mom and pop kind of store in the middle of town, and she usually asks me to help her behind the counter. Anyways, I decided to drop by and hang out because there wasn't much going on that day. It was boring until my friends and a few other people came because as soon as they walked in, 'You're My Best Friend' started to play so I ran behind the counter and cranked up the music. xd The people thought it was funny and laughed, my friends stared then rolled their eyes, and my mom sighed and said I need a hobby. After that, 'Killer Queen' started to play and all my guy friends began to sing for the customers.

Epic lulz.
I'm this way too. Whenever I hear a Queen song on the radio, I almost always involuntarily squeal and clap my hands like a little girl, and I'm always really embarassed afterward...
Man, this one time at band camp my friend was coming to my house for a day or two.. Well, I'd just picked her up and we did a bit of shopping, and we were headed to my house when Fat Bottomed Girls came on.. .so I cranked it up and we both sang at the top of our lungs.. Probably got a lot of weird stares from other motorists.. lol

lolz-we were at a friends house working on a project and I was on youtube and played somebody to love...and they started singing along! I was stunned. These people like various music, like modern rap/hiphop, choral, emo, etc..but not Queen! I nearly died of happiness. And then we watch CSI and they started singing along, and I was like 'HA I do like good music!'

At lunch, me and my friends always fight on which band is better (although I always win and they do like Queen). One day in History I think, we were in the computer lab and had about five minutes left of class and our teacher let us do whatever on the comps, so there was a lot of youtube playing. I was in the corner of the room and turned suddenly because I heared "Killer Queen" play, and my friends were singing along. When they noticed I was in the room, all of them said 'Oh, dear God....' and I just started to laugh. I'd say that proves my music is good, wouldn't you? 3nodding

My friends like Queen but most of them listen to rap/country/other various forms of s**t... But lol. If CSI is on, even though I know it's just the beginning of that show, I run in the room because The Who is playing lol (which brings up an annoyance of mine, that NONE of my friends, not one person knows who The Who is unless I mention CSI).. But anyhoo.
Yay for liking good music. ^_^

Well, another one starts, with Roger Daltrey in the beginning credits as a guest star. Guess what. The doorbell rang and my dad picked me up, just as it started.

That blows. You know, after I heard he guest starred on an episode, I was half tempted to find out which season that episode was in so I could buy the dvd. I mean, it wouldn't be just for him, I like CSI. I mean, I love Roger Daltrey but I would so not buy an entire season of a show just for one episode.
Speaking of Mr. Daltrey's acting, there was this movie on once. It was about like, faeries and leprechauns fighting.. And I kid you not, Roger had a shiny outfit on, and I swear his eyebrows were like, pink.

 I missed that one! stare
I would buy the dvd because it's an awesome show, and Roger Daltrey is in it.
Hey, is the name of the movie 'The Magical Legend of the Leprechauns'?

OMG Yes. Aside from the bad special effects, the movie actually wasn't as bas as it sounds. My parents were flipping channels looking at stuff... We have digital cable, so we can look at the on screen guide, and descriptions of shows.. on the show descriptions, it'll list some of the people in it, and mom was like, 'wtf, Roger Daltrey?' And then I forced her to watch it until I saw Roger... And then mom changed the channel so I finished watching on the tiny kitchen tv.
