A little late, but how would everyone say "Happy Valentine's Day" in their conlang? I understand that most of our conlangs' concultures won't understand Valentine's Day or won't have a word for "Valentine" (like mine), so how would you render it?
In Nazēiyo it is "Aimereho Shīakai", meaning lit. "Love-Day Celebrate/Happy".

Valenqtainqzq Dei sa Jioliota!
Pronunciation note: "va le nuh tai nuhz"... the q is a special vowel. In loanwords, it can sometimes be ignored to allow consonant clusters, but a q at the end of a word is always left out when speaking.
Translation: "Enjoy Valentine's Day!"
I haven't named this conlang yet. I'm not gonna do the usual "the name of my conlang means 'language' in its own vocabulary" thing.
When something is culturally irrelevant like this, since people in my conculture would never encounter Valentine's Day anyway, I prefer to just phonetically represent the name of the foreign concept.

Valentines Day is between spring and winter, and winter is a season of cynical attitudes in the Ft'olz conculture, so it could be rendered one of two ways.
Spring: yumuraskem kwohv
"Love-paper's Day"
Love-paper refers to the Valentines cards.
Winter: kwohv yahm senp emt lont sawnt fltan sawnt vjisnej pohzm yohm
"Day in which she has an excuse, chocolate, and your money."

We don't have a Valentine's Day, but we do have a Lover's Day. 8D Here is what you would say to someone on this holiday:
Janyixolizi feijan fujunyu!
Translation: Please explode on Lover's Day!
The verb "junyu" means "to explode", which is a kind of a colorful verb for "have a lot of fun". So telling someone to explode on Lover's Day is basically telling them to go have a blast.

The Vukra speakers do celebrate an equivalent holiday to Valentine's day celebrated in December and another holiday called "Jahrolistralietri" (lit. Awareness of singles) This is where you give your lover/ boy/girl friend a gift to show how much you love them. Or you can announce your "Klietravasnij-Kelejo" (Lit. Relationship torture) break-up and wishing the person to ill-will. This is celebrated on 15th.
Etrsaietrate-{Lover's agonious secret} {December 4th } like Valentines day in a way. (You write letters anonymously to your crush and if they respond nicely approach them with the letters and according to legend you will become lovers forever)

in my world(s) the day of valentines day does not exist, though the word for "Love Day" which would be the closest translation would be "Malla'tia"

My conlang is still Earth-based, mind you.

In English "Enjoy Valentine Day".
My conculture is Eastern European, so they do celebrate it. It's not much of a big deal though, people give presents and that's about it.
