Forger Of Thy Souls Falconer is godly, and Mathias' voice is amazing. QFT. I don't like the two albums they made without him as much, I know people are always saying that vocals shouldn't matter and all that stuff, but I don't care, I think his vocals are part of what make Falconer unique.

☭ Just downloaded a few tracks to try them out, I love em. Got Waltz with the dead, Perjury and sanctity, spirit of the hawk, catch the shadows, northwind tower of the queen and finally, legend and lore ☭

Got Waltz with the dead, Perjury and sanctity, spirit of the hawk, catch the shadows, northwind tower of the queen and finally, legend and lore ☭ Excellent biggrin They are all songs with Mathias as vocalist therefore they = win heart You should get some songs from Chapters Of A Vale Forlorn as well. That's their best album imo.

The vocals are one of the main reasons why I listen to Falconer in the first place. I never thought Göbel did a very good job with them anyhow, and that's why I love Mathias.

The vocals are one of the main reasons why I listen to Falconer in the first place. I never thought Göbel did a very good job with them anyhow, and that's why I love Mathias. Same, I think the one thing I love about Mathias' vocals is that they aren't your everyday power metal vocals, seeing as he isn't from a Metal background. Like a male Tarja, only way better. xp He's one of the few vocalists who kinda send a shiver down my spine when I'm listening to the music. He's just amazing. Not that I'm complaining about ordinary power metal vocals as I love them, but it's nice to have a bit of variety now and again and I think that's one of the main things that stands out for me about Falconer, that and the very medieval sound they have. Definitely my favourite power metal band atm. heart
