In November I posted a thread asking for advice on how to get my visitor to, shall we say, be a little bit more polite. I had a little "talk" with him and I can't feel him watching me in the shower or standing over me when I'm in bed anymore, so I think he took heed.
But I'm picking up on other things now, too. I know my young mans feel and I know it's not him following me around. He tends to sit with me now. I can feel a woman and she likes to touch my left arm when I'm upset.
There's also a man. I can't even sense him, which is strange for me as that's how I basically get by. But I can smell him. Every now an then I get a waft of aftershave. I've gone through all logical explanations (Including sniffing all the deodorants we have, to no avail), but we don't have aftershave in the flat (My husband is bearded).
Can this young man be bringing these people in, or am I becoming more sensitive to it?
If this young man is bringing or drawing them in how do I stop it? My recent visitors are fine, I can't feel any harm in them. But it's only a matter of time before someone harmful will be drawn to me.

All of your answers are very logical. I'm willing to bet more on you becoming more sensitive, but to be sure, I'd have another talk with the young man. Have a chat with the man and the woman too. Make sure they understand that the flat is now your home, and it would be nice if they could respect it by not inviting any more spirits. Explain to them that you are concerned with the possibility of a 'bad' spirit decided to pop in. Its nice to have a friend or two, but much more than that and it becomes a party, and well, not all parties go as planned.
Good luck with the situation, I hope things turn out.
{edit} I *just* thought of something as I was posting this. The man and the woman could also be your guides and not spirits like the young man. They might have come into your life for a reason. Like you said the woman touches your arm when you are upset, something like that sometimes can indicate a guide.

You said you tried to make contact with the first spirit? There's your answer. The moment you acknowledge the existance, and your awareness of spiritual entities, it... I don't know how to put it... It gives off a certain smell or scent or aura to other spirits. As soon as you let them know you see them or sense them, they become attracted. After all, most spirits want to reach out. Some to help, some to torture, some just lonely, some trying to send a message. If they think they have found someone who can give them that, or even sense them, they are attracted.
It goes the same with talking about things out loud. The more you talk about these issues with others, the more the door opens. The more your Third Eye opens. You become more aware, and they become aware that you are aware. You will have more of them come to you, because they will feel their efforts are not futile since you have expressed that you can feel them or their pressence. Pretty simple concept really. This is not always bad. However, if you come across a bad one, cease contacting or acknowledging ANY of the spirits around you. Don't react to their touch, don't look in the direction you sense them, don't tell people about it, and especially don't talk to them. If a bad spirit or a harmfull one gets wind of your abilities, it could mean trouble. It's best to ignore everything till that spirit leaves.
I understand that that thought could be very scary, and would urge you to seek guidance on this thread, just..... be cautious if it does happen.
Right now, it seems the spirits around you are good. That is great, and I hope it continues. Believe me when I say they are not necessarily bringing more spirits in with them though. Anywhere there is a gathering of a significant amount of spiritual pressence can cause curiousity for outside spirits to come in and see what the hubub is about.
Again, I am sorry if I am scaring you, but I have been dealing with this same issue since I was VERY young. Showing ignorance/ignoring them helps them to get a feel that they are wasting time and can ward them off. They also feed off of energy, the more you give them, the more rooted to their current location they will be.
NOTE: It is extremely possible for ghosts to be drawn to you for entirely different reasons. Those type will NOT leave if ignored. They have.... beef? or a purpose with you. Just keep in mind that the thread is here for you.
