This is the academy to the village. All whom hope to be entrusted with the future, hopes, and dreams of their village all enter in to the academy to aid in the success of their village. The students are refured to as 'Starlets' because of the simple fact that not only are they surounded by shooting stars day in and day out, but because the village views each young mind as an opportunity to success. A young shooting star in the eyes of all who view them.
