Hey guys! I figured that we would need a break from all the nonsense and drunken, pantless dancing every now and again. So I present another game for everyone to enjoy...
THE LoD RIDDLE THREAD!!!
The rules for this game are simple! A person starts off posting a riddle. I'll do that. Then depending on the difficulty of the riddle, they post prizes (whether items or gold) for the answer, and explanation for why the answer is what it is, by posting reasoning for each line. The explanation can only be claimed if a correct guess is confirmed by the poster though, and you can only guess once, and then wait for another 2 people to post a guess before guessing again. If 2 people guess the same answer, then the first poster gets the reward. Anyone can claim the next riddle once a riddle has been answered and explained. If the guesses lead over onto a new page, the riddle is to be reposted.
The format is like this:
Answer: Prize goes here. Explanation: Prize goes here.
Additional clues: Entirely optional. Here, a person can sell additional information for a price. Once a clue has been purchased, it is put up for everyone to see. Depending on how big a piece of the riddle it is, the price will alternate. You put the number of clues for sale, and price, here. You can make the clue almost anything, whether it's the disc the answer is in, or another verse for the riddle.
Riddle: The riddle itself, and the core of the game we are about to play. The riddle can be simple and short, or long and ridiculously complicated and tongue-tying, with bold and italics and multicolours to make it more pretty.
Purchased clues can be placed anywhere in the riddle, not just the bottom.
Wrong answers: Wrong guesses go here, like this: Pie. (Disc 0) Tequila. (Disc 0) Bob Bobson. (Disc 0)
Pretty simple, hey? Okay, maybe not. But it's still fun to play, and really tests your knowledge of the game! I claim the first riddle. It's pretty simple, so the prizes aren't big:
Answer: 100 gold Explanation 150 gold
Riddle: Power I desire, separated from what is needed most, To claim the world and purge it of all, I sleep and await my chance…
For the fool who carries me to take me, Use me, and bring me to the body, The God shall rise when we are joined.
Speak my name, now.
Wrong answers: None yet.
Have fun! Or else!

Because Melbu Frahma wanted the power of a god, and to do so he had to join with the Moon Child. He was using Zeig's body in order to bring Shana to the Divine Tree, where they could then merge to destroy everything.

Brolly, it needs a line-by-line explanation, then, if you don't get them all right, I'll tell you how many lines your explanation explained properly. If you do, you get the prize.

Ahh anyone can do this part huh?
Power I desire, separated from what is needed most, Melbu desired power to change the world into a utopia; his soul is separated from the "God body". To claim the world and purge it of all, He wanted to destroy the world, or "cleanse it", then turn it into a utopia. I sleep and await my chance… His soul slept within Zieg.
For the fool who carries me to take me, Zieg carried Melbu's soul and brought him to the Moon. Use me, and bring me to the body, Zieg was possessed by Melbu and brought him to Shana and the Moon. The God shall rise when we are joined. When Melbu and Shana were brought together, the God formed.
Speak my name, now. I must answer!

Corrrrrrect.
And a good demonstration of how to explain your answers for riddles.
Another person can claim the riddle now.

Right! Since none of you have the creative talent to think of a riddle:
Answer: 200 Explanation: 250
And now, ze riddle: Hello, friend! Though never shall your eyes see me, Ever shall I be your companion! Through good times and bad, From the highest heavens to the lowest hell, Of this world or any other, From before beginning to after end, you'll know my presence! I am here to comfort, to excite, to warn, to enhance all! And if I do disappear, you shall not find me gone for long, Unless you have had me sent away by your own choice...
Now, surely you know me now, my friend?
Wrong answers: None yet.
