I'm having trouble finding some bandmates. We got the singer, guitarist, and bassist (me) but we really need a willing and experienced drummer, and a rhythm guitarist. How would i find someone good? We live in a pretty small town, so there's not many people around here able to play for us. Does anyone have any ideas on finding some bandmates, or have any other ideas for alternatives?

well, you could always teach one of your friends how to play and then be patient for a while as they learn. that's what me and my friends are trying to do. if you don't wanna wait, you could try working without a rythm guitarist and use a keyboard for precussion, ya know what i mean?

I guess we could... Some of the stuff is a bit hard for a beginner to grasp straight away tho. We could just focus on covering some easy Greenday songs in the mean time. Good thinking about the keyboard as the percussion, i wouldn't of thought of it. I've seen some pretty cool percussion stuff coming from a keyboard on youtube. I'll link you if i can find it. Thanx for the suggestion!

Yeah, just get a drum machine, it might show up to practice on time.
