Alamika lay curled upon herself in the shadow of a lone tree. She faced the edge of the forest, longing with all of her being to charge into those trees.. To seek sanctuary.. But these were not her trees, was not her Woods, was not her home.. She was far from home... So far.. Too far...
Those woods had demons in them, the others had told here.. This is where the dark ones lived...
She shuddered, longing and fearing to enter. "I just want to go home.."
