After having a restful night his senses awoke him. He rose to the sun blinking in his eyes and the wind rustling his wings. Ambar stretched his wings to their full span and yawned. Spotting the rose not far from where he had made his bed for the night, he sniffed it. Red Wine... he thought. She was a rather nice lioness, but only if he had met more. He felt so lonely ever since he had arrived, but at least he had his wings so he could soar among the skies. That was something he didn't have before, but at least he had the language of him home with him. How he missed the winds blowing through Mirkwood and Rivendale. He was the language they spoke. Elvish they called it, but only if he could find someone who knew and appreciated it... maybe even spoke it...

The Hymn of the Fayth filled her mind, the words that poured of out her a song "Isn't It Beautiful?"... She didn't care where she was going, or really what she was singing, simply let it flow out of her.. Right from the Fayth...

"So that's what woke me..." Ambar thought as we heard the singing. It wasn't the sun, for the sun hardly woke as quickly as this singing had. "Who is singing that language? It's so beautiful..." He continued to think as he looked about him. He was about to take flight when he saw the singer. She was a light blue lioness, covered with strage markings. They were jsut as strange as his, that was if you didn't know where they originated from. tucking his wings back to his sides he stood, watching her.
He diecided he could at least talk to her, that was if she didn't already see him. Moving towards her line of sight he smile gently and watched her, "Morning..." He said softly, trying to catch her eyes. "What was that you were singing? It was so very interesting..." he said, trying to start some sort of small talk.

Rey jumped at the intrusion of her private thoughts, turning the full force of her glowing gaze on the stranger. A male, marked with symbols -somewhat like she- stood nearby, his great wings folded. His words were careful, cultured... A question... "Greetings." She replied in her musical voice. "Singing? I.. I was singing a song of my Mother's homeland... A song of the Fayth..." She tilted her head at him, unable to identify the marks. "Are those marks of your Fayth's favor?" Her own markings glowed a little brighter at the question.

"Fayth? No I am sorry I don't know what a Fayth is. They happen to be markings of a language, a language of elves, elvish of course." He would say with a small smile. He'd of course notice the markings on her figure glow. He hadn't ever met a lioness or even a lion with similar markings, or even markings of a language at all. "I must apologize for my rudeness. First I interrupt your thoughts then I don't introduce myself. Well, my name is Ambar, and it is a pleasure to meet one such as yourself." He would say as he gave her a courteous bow.

Her markings dimmed, hopes dashed... She had hoped... To meet someone, someone like her... Who wasn't a member of her family... This male had never heard of the Fayth... Didn't know what she was speaking of... "Well met, Ambar..." She murmured, considering the strange name. "I am Reykuri... A Child of Temple's Decorations... Where do you call home?" She tilted her head in question.

She seemed disappointed and he wondered why. "I came from the forests of Mirkwood, deep in the lands of Middle Earth..." He said with a slight air about him. Altough he was pretty sure she didn't know where that was he acted like she did. "What brought you to these lands Lady Reykuri? Had you come from here, it is possible I would have known about the Fayth if you have been from here... even though I havn't been here that long myself..."

"Another far away land then..." She nodded slightly. His words made her smile slightly. "I technically come from here, I was born here... But my parents do not... They are from Spira, a land also far away..." She tilted her head, eyes distant for a moment. "I... I have not seen it in some time..." Her attention jerked back to him. "Do you miss your homeland?"

"Aye, I would say I missed them but I was merely the sounds that graced the beings tounges. Their language forever imprinted on myself. As words were taking shape in conversation I filled the air about them. I had no solid body where I hailed from..." He said, all the while looking her over, wondering what each individual marking meant.
Ambar markings could have been considered an alphabet; but with the combination of the symbols on him, any word, feeling or thought could be possible. He shook his mane as he had finished talking. "Do you wish to go back Lady Reykuri?" An honest question, for he at times wished he could go back too.
