Okay, sorry if this is completely random, but I believe this needs to be said-
So we all know that Jimmy announced that any Led Zeppy tour won't happen until the Robert/Allison tour is over.
I've seen some pretty harsh comments on here directed towards Allison; stuff like, "THAT STUPID GIRL DOESNT EVEN DESERVE TO TOUR WITH HIM" or "THAT STUPID ALYSON GIRL IS RUINING IT LYK ROBERT NEEDS TO QUIT THUR TOUUUR!1111" I'm assuming that most of you guys haven't even bothered picking up 'Raising Sand'

I think everyone needs to chill out about the tour. Yeah, I'm extremely, overly excited about any news regarding it, but do we all really need to blame everything on Allison Krauss?
What did she do to us Led Zeppelin fans? It's not like she and Robert suddenly decided to tour, and some official Led Zeppelin concert was canceled because of it.

Have you guys ever heard this woman's voice? It's angelic. Just a strong voice like Robert's, and Allison's feathery voice is the perfect match for an album.
I've even had the pleasure of seeing her in concert- and literally in tears by the second song. Anyone who gets their hands on tickets for this 'Raising Sand' concert is extremely lucky, and I mean it. D:

So anyways, basically I'm saying:
Don't hate Allison. I'm getting sick of the hate I've seen around here towards her. She never effected Led Zeppelin in any way. She never badmouthed them. It's not like she shot John Paul Jones or something.

Can we all just give the freaking woman a break and enjoy what music has been put out for us?

Anyways, we can wait an extra couple months for a tour! Right?!

yeah im not worried

if mick jagger can keep the stones on stage this long, then led zep should be fine.

I adore Raising Sand.

Alisons voice is so angelic, I totally agree with you. Trampled Rose and Stick With Me Baby are nothing short of haunting.

I really hate that people are bitching her out, because Plant himself decided to do this thing. Its not like she forced him to make an album with her.

If we've waited almost thirty years for them to tour, I'm sure we can wait another half a year. (Note; most of us weren't born in the days of Zeppelin, correct? xD Either way, we're still waiting.)

I've never actually heard the album (*shot*) but I don't think it's Allison's fault that we have to wait. If I were you guys, I would be madder at Robert!

Only joking. xD

Plus, it's first come first serve. Allison and Robert's tour was already started when they announced the concert. ^^

I'll have to get around to hearing that album... only, I'm broke at the moment.

I absolutely ADORED the Raising Sand album heart As weird as the pairing of Alison and Rob was, it worked. And u posted pretty good points wink

Yeah. The Stones are always great to point out when Led Zeppelin says they are 'too old' to tour.
I can see The Stones in wheelchairs singing in Las Vegas.
