NOT BASED ON THE MANGA!

“Through dangers untold,
And hardships unnumbered,
I have fought my way here, to castle… beyond the Goblin City
To take back the child that you have stolen…
For my will is as strong as yours.
And my kingdom as great!
You have no power over me…”

Years have passed since Sarah saved her half-brother from becoming a goblin and no humans have entered the Labyrinth since. Jareth, the Goblin King, has begun to come to the human world as Jeremy, a handsome young man who sings at clubs and bars. He soon spots a group of teens who go to the clubs to hear him sing and decides to take one of their infant sibling(s)/cousin(s), just to mess with them.

He never, though, expected to have them follow him into the Labyrinth in order to reclaim the child(ren) he has stolen and now he watches from his castle, wondering if this small group can get to the castle in time before the child(ren) turns into a goblin and he banishes the teens into the Bog of Eternal Stench forever.

But, lucky for the teens, they don’t have to face the never ending Labyrinth alone…

Some of the creatures who live in the Labyrinth/Goblin City may come to aid the teens as they try to make it to the castle in time. But, be warned: Trickery is not an uncommon thing in the Labyrinth…

Hello there, requesting to join the Return to Labyrinth RP with a little profile of my own.

Also...may I bring a generated sibling to be kidnapped in the future? And if I am allowed, may I ask how old can he be?

Name: Kae Signe
Age: 19 (D: Can I be 19? That's still considered a teen, correct?)
Gender: Female
Personality: Kae is a little shy when it comes down to meeting new people and holds a bit of skepticism towards someone unfamiliar to her. Otherwise, she's quite friendly towards friends and enjoys making people smile. However, this positive attitude of hers tends to make Kae pretty gullible.
Looks: Appears to be of asian heritage although she's taller than most women of her race, long black hair down past the shoulders, dark brown eyes, medium build. She also wears a pair of glasses due to being a little near-sighted from playing too many video games. Kae also tends to wear comfortable clothing with warm colors, mostly pants or the occasional shorts. Very rarely has she been ever seen wearing a dress.

{Sorry it took so long guys. School comes first.}

Katie sighed heavily as she walked down the sidewalk, backpack slinged over one shoulder. She looked at the sky as she walked, wondering what she should do tonight. She heard at the high school there was a new singer who was hot and very good but she wasn't into clubs. She'd go... if someone would go with her.

"Oh... this place is so bland," she spoke to herself. "Needs to be something interesting here... maybe I'll just go to the club- nah. Mom would kill me. And I don't do sneaking. Hm... No one to ask. Oh well. I'll just go home and read Labyrinth or something for the tenth time. Wonder if that's an actual place. That would be awesome."

"C'mon!" a whiny voice with the tone and quality to make small woodland creatures grit their teeth in efforts to keep their skulls from exploding. What was worse was that the voice was ringing mere inches away from Jord's ear.

"Look," Jord replied with traces of annoyance evident in his own voice, "I know it's my early day off from school today, but that doesn't give me the freedom to look over Tristan for the night. I do have responsibilities, like homework? Does that sound familiar to you?"

Jord's older sister sneered at him before picking up her baby and swinging him around a few times as they stood in the livingroom only moments after Jord had walked in from his morning classes. "Mean ol' Jordi doesn't love you, no he doesn't, Tristan-boy," she cooed in that typical motherly-cutsey voice. She never seemed to realize that speaking in such a way always seemed to crawl underneath Jord's skin every time.

Putting down his bookbag tot he floor with an exasperated sigh, Jord cut into the mother-and-son duo, making it clear he wanted to hold the baby himself. His sister came to assume that he did it as part of their silent contract for his defeat due to her indirect insults, but Jord knew that his true intentions were to simply get her to shut up. "Does this mean you babysit?"

"Only for the afternoon." The red head sat down on the couch and placed the infant child on his lap, bouncing him up and down on his knee, much like their father did when they were children. "I wasn't kidding when I said I had homework and other things to do."

"But..."

"No."

The woman leaning into his face suddenly put the meanest of scowls on her face, and it appeared that she was attempting to have her stare bore into Jord's very soul to try and intimidate him into getting her way. Too bad such tactics didn't work on him. "Tonight is probably the only night I am going to get to have some time alone with Karl, and I don't need to have a baby on my hip who screams at the sight of any man in the same room as I am! I need you to help me out some, Jord! Listen to your older sister for once!"

Jord's own eyes narrowed into mischievous little slits, pupils barely noticeable behind them. If there was something he prided himself on, it was the fact that he could outstare his sister on any day of the week. "I said I have work of my own to do. I can't possibly hope to get anything done for school if I have to be toting around your illegitimate child all weekend long. When will you learn to take responsibility for yourself?!" The sudden rise of his voice made Tristan cry immediately. Jord rolled his eyes and readjusted the child on his knee and started bouncing him up and down some more in hopes that it would comfort him; it was his way to apologize to him, being that Tristan did not quite comprehend words yet.

But Tristan wasn't the only one upset. Jord's sister had tears welling up in her eyes, for his words seemed to affect her too, just in a very different manner. Yet, being that he meant what he said, Jord wasn't about to find a way to apologize for it this time. "I have someplace to be at 7pm tonight. A professor wants us to attend some concert so we can 'be cultured with these modern arts and times.' I'll watch him until then."

She merely nodded, grabbed a purse, and left.

She heard giggles behind her back, and that always meant bad news. With a sigh, she muttered under her breath, "Not again..."

"Hey, XIO! Whatcha doin~?" one of the giggly voiced asked her, shortly followed by an outright laugh. Then in a rather loud whisper to the other girls sharing her humor, she asked, "She's such a weirdo. I mean, seriously. WHere does she, like, get her clothes?"

Peeved at the banter behind her back, Xiomara turned around and retraced her steps to approach the bunch of teasing girls. "Hey, Samantha. I'm not doin' much, a lot like you~," she said in a rude, yet funny, tone that mocked Samatha's only mere seconds ago.

Samantha's expression suddenly changed from that of humor to one of disdain. "Are you trying to be funny?! You know I don't like being called 'Samantha'. It's 'Sammy' now!"

"Right. Okay. Well, I do not like being called Xio. It's Xiomara, or nothing. Got it?"

With a roll of her eyes, Samantha replied, "Yeah. Whatever, freak."

With that particular confontation over with, Xiomara turned around and continued on her path to the school parking lot. However, she soon found members of the football team loitering around her motorcycle, taking turns to kick the frame with aluminum cans in their hands. Xiomara was pretty sure those cans did not contain soda. "Okay, fun's over. Get away from the bike," she commanded.

In unison, the intoxicated teens replied inbetween their laughs, "What are you gonna do about it?"

"I'll tell you what I'm going to do about it," she answered as she pulled her bikers gloves over her hands. "I'm going to make you stop."

It was not surprising that she was answered with more laughter, and they made no move away from her bike. Xiomara's nerves were already wearing thin with the Samantha bit a few minutes ago, but now she had no patience left whatsoever. Stepping straight up to the team quarterback, her fist made contact with significant force with his nose. As he reeled back and the rest of the team waited for their inebriated response times to catch up, she hopped onto her motorcycle and quickly rode away, yelling, "That's what I'm going to do about it!" over her shoulder.

Several minutes later, she arrived at a small double house. It didn't take long for her to park the bike and make her way inside after unlocking the front door. Instantly, she lay down on the sofa in the living room. Letting her mind unwind frmo her daily stresses at school, she suddenly remembered that her parents were not home. They had left on their dream vacation only a couple days prior, leaving Xiomara at home with a rather young baby sister and her grandmother.

It was not long before the usual crying and screaming of said baby sister reverberated through the house, shortly followed by the wails of their grandmother as she ran down the stairs, baby in her arms. "That's it! I've had it with this baby!" the grandmother exclaimed. In a quick attempt to calm her nerves after the loud outburst, she took in a deep breath. "Okay, I'm calm." Seeing that Xiomara was home, she continued. "Look, I can't take care of this baby any more! I'm not taking care of her anymore.

"What? Why?!" Xiomara asked. "What do you expect me do to? I have to go to school! What am I going to do all day with a baby?!"

"You know I don't care," the grandmother replied. "All this baby does is whine and cry. I simply can't take it!" She finished the conversation with placing the baby in Xiomara's arms, not giving an opportunity for the teen to say anything more as she left through the front door.

"Oh great!" Xiomara screamed, despite the thin walls that separated her half of the double-house from her neighbors. "Wonderful! Now what am I going to do?! Will you stop crying? Come on..." she whined, eventually giving in to rock the baby gently to sleep. Toning her voice down to a whisper, she asked her little sister in Arabic, "Shu malec habebi? shu malec? Zenalada shu malec habebi?"*

((Sorry about that. D: I've been panicking on how to rig a 3D model and I lost tons of sleep because of that...x_x' But now I can think properly thanks to 13 hours of sleep.

Once again, pardon my lateness. ))

"NO!! No no no no no!! Don't touch that!"

The little boy by the easel looked up from his work just in time to see a pair of arms lunge at him and snatch him away from his perch. With a ear-splitting scream, he began to kick and flail around in an attempt to break free from the arms that held him. Or at least, annoy his big sister enough that he would be set down.

"Nooooooooooooooo~!" He whined.

Kae held tight to her little brother as he struggled, taking a quick glance over little Kalen. Immediately, her dark brown eyes spied the charcoal-blackened hands and the smudges of black all the way down to his elbows. There was a sinking feeling at the pit of her stomach when she realized what could have caused all the marks on his limbs. Turning her head to focus on the precious work of art she had been drawing for the last four hours, Kae's heart sank at the image she saw.

Smiley faces.

Littered all over the page on every single round object in her drawing were smiley faces, much like the ones you'd see most children draw on a sun. On the oranges: smiley faces, on the ornate round chinese vase: a smiley face, on the round glass christmas ornaments: more smiley faces, on the bananas: smiley faces AND stick legs. Even the surface of the table in her drawing held a giant smile amid the detailed lines in the wooden surface. And finally, just to add that her brother was the sole culprit, Kae could see tiny charcoal hand prints all over the bottom portion of the page.

"Holy...LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!"

Realizing that his big sister was angry, Kalen let out a wailing cry and redoubled his efforts to break free should she inflict bodily harm towards him. This only caused Kae to tighten her grip around him. Turning, she marched over to the sofa and planted him down on the seat.

"Sit here and stay still while I see if I can salvage what's left of my work, you little monster." she hissed, shaking her finger at Kalen. "I'll clean you up later."

Turning to the easel, she picked up the eraser and began to have a go at her destroyed work, hoping that she could make the lines less prominent and grumbling under her breath about being left to babysit the tiny terror the day she visited home. Thankfully, most of the fingerprints could be erased, and after taking some more time, she was able to hide the smiley face on the table in her drawing as well as some other objects in the picture. The rest of the marks stood out even after being erased.

"I wonder if the professor doesn't mind if I add white paint for a backwash?" She said, standing back a few feet to inspect her work. Behind her, Kalen's crying had died down to periodic sniffles.

Her anger abated after fixing the majority of her drawing, Kae sighed and set her stuff down, turning to face her little brother. Seeing that his sister's attention was back towards him, he whined and sank lower into his seat, pretending that he was invisible.

"Hey there, bud." She said, only earning a frightened noise from her little sibling and effectively making Kae feel guilty as if she kicked a puppy. Reaching out, she picked Kalen up and gave him a hug. "Sorry for doing that to you, okay? Big sister didn't mean to scare you."

"Sorry." Kalen echoed.

"After we clean you up, you wanna go out to eat and play?" She offered, looking down at him out of curiousity. Kalen merely reached out and placed a hand on her cheek.

"Okay." He said. Kalen's face lit up with a smile and he giggled.

She grinned, glad that he was finally happy. "Well then, bath time for you." she said, fully unaware that the abrupt mood change was because of the black hand print on her cheek.

It wasn't until she reached the bathroom mirror did she realize she needed a bath as well.
