no the system specs are the Processor core speed and number of cores, like mine is 3.0 Ghz (gigahertz) and is a Dual core, amount of physical Random Access Memory(RAM), mine is 2 Gigabytes at 800 Mhz (MegaHertz), and the amount of Video RAM youhave, mine is 512 MB( MegaBytes)
