Is Dumbledork really dead? I mean there are some people who agree that dumbledrok is a skimming old b*****d and this is just another great game to him.
Ok at the end of the book you don't see Snape kill any one or attack anyone BUT dumbledork. You also so have to wonder why dumblies put the petrefying cure on harry, Why? so he couldn't get in the way. Say Dumbledore had a horcux. And that horcux was what wa killed instead of dumblies.
If harry thinks Snape is the enemy then snape is safe with Voldie and Dumbledore can go and sneak round doing what he does in secret. Why because Harry the smart one can't control the occlumance{spelling?}
Jk never says you see Dumblies get takin away , only a purple lumpy cloke
which could be sheets in a cloke.

-sigh- Unfortunately, I believe he is dead. That's the only reason the spell wore off of Harry at the end. Although, now that I think about it, he could have undone the spell and made a cushioning spell during the time that he was falling... and since he could take the spells off of Hogwarts before, he could have while he was on the ground to apparate for a fast getaway... Why do you make me think these things out, dammit?

Yes, the old b*****d is dead. Come up with whatever theories you want, it won't change the fact that Dumbledore (and Sirius) are DEAD.

Use Dumbledore's name in a disrespectful manner again, and I'll hex you over the internet. But yes, he's dead. He couldn't have a Horcrux, because that's such horrible Dark magic that Hogwarts avoids the subject completely. Plus, there was the negativity that Dumbledore talked about Horcruxes with. If he had one, he'd probably say,"Yeah, I guess it's okay, but don't make too many." Not to mention Dumbledore doesn't seem like a guy who would kill someone and rip his soul in half just to have a shot at tricking Voldemort. He is dead and there is no spell that could have saved him. He's not invincible, he made a huge mistake and it was his undoing.

Hmmm.... I personally dont think its even Dumbledore that died. Cause in Harrys first potions class with Professor Slughorn there is a huge couldron of polyjuice potion on his desk. I personally think Dumbledore and Snape Switched Places and its really snape that died while acting like Dumbledore.
Then again, Im just a crazy 15 year old with too much time to think.

Snape is too important of a character to die.
And Dumbledore would never have killed him.
He said in the 5th book he doesn't kill because he believes there are things much worse then death. The only reason he would kill Snape is if he found out what Snape was doing, but then he probably would settle for just killling him... And even then, Snape wouldn't put up with that.

No matter what way you look at it, I think Dumbly is dead. I don't think people should get all their hopes up about this situation. I mean, look at serious! JK killed him, and then so many people thought that he would be brought back to life in the sixth book, and he is mentioned like... TWICE! It's going to be the same with Albus, but.. he might be mentioned more than twice. Maybe... three, four times. XP
Dumbly died to get Harry ready to kill Tom, just like Sirius did. You can do whatever you want. Cross your fingers, your toes, your legs... in the end, it just leaves the plane, cold truth.
Albus Dumbledore was killed by Severus Snape.
... And even though I was really upset with him for doing such a thing, I've grown to love Snape. sweatdrop Too many Snape fanfics...
