"Ha, ha!" -She chimed as she danced in a circle. Around she went, swiftly she twirled. From toe to toe she hopped and laughed a low, single toned laugh. This was her day of freedom! Well, it was very near freedom. She still had Lukus to care for, but Lukus was fine. He was not needy, nor annoying. He enjoyed talking and he liked to listen to Kioshi talk about whatever she so desired. These were qualities the wolf demon adored all too much.- "Isn't this great? All alone, Lukus! No Kit, no one bu us! Although it'd be nice to have Kouji here too." -The words were chimed.-

-Lukus had been struggling to handle himself for the past few days. He'd insisted, frequently, that he should learn to walk without guidance from Kit or one of his siblings. If he did not learn soon there was the possibility he would never be able to learn.. And the poor child had no desire to forever rely on his siblings and guardian. With the knowledge that his independent future depended on his very actions on his own Lukus trudged through the door. His hands were like wild balls stuck on a string and being swung around as he madly felt for a wall or something to touch and tell him he'd actually entered the room. He'd been following Kioshi's voice on the way there.. But then Kioshi had bolted off and he had had to guess as to where the girl had gone to. This was a difficult task, but he managed. He found the door and got inside.. From there it was all very simple. He'd stay close to the walls. If he were close to the walls then the chances of him injuring himself were slim. At least, that was how it was seen in his mind.- "Y...Yeah. It's great, Kioshi..."

-His back was pressed up against the wall and he slid himself a few steps to one side.. Soon he was walking a little, feet shuffling. He'd keep himself against the-- "OOF!" -Lukus emitted the noise the moment he ran smack into the couch. His small body jerked and his long raven colored hair flew from behind his shoulders to infront of his face. What had he just hit?-

-Kioshi blinked. Odd.. Lukus was being funny. She grinned, finally noticing that there was life within the building. A frantic wave was given to Sarah.- "Hello there!" -She called.-

-Lukus's slender fingers groped about for what he'd run into. After a few short moments they touched something soft and comfortable feeling. Those fingers continued to touch the arm rest of the couch as he tried to decipher what it was he'd hit. After a few moments he came to the conclusion that it was a chair or a couch. It was around this time he heard someone new murmur the word 'Hi'. He had yet to notice any new presence within the room and so this new voice suprised him somewhat. His mouth slid open and he gave an attempt at greeting whoever it was. Kioshi beat him to speaking, though.-

"Can't say I've seen you around here before." -Kioshi gave a wry grin. Her eyes scrutinizing Sarah and the egg before she began to approch the couch. A glance was given to Lukus.- "Luke, you really ought to apologize for suprising them like that!" -She shook her head to herself.-

-Luke opened his mouth to speak once again, this time Kioshi permitted him to do so.- "I'm... Sorry if I suprised you.."

-Kioshi's grin seemed to augment. Quickly she placed her hands on Lukus's shoulders.- "A werewolf sister, huh?" -She chimed, sounding intrested. She'd never met a werewolf before.. Or at least she did not remember having ever met a werewolf.- "Oh! I'm sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. I am Kioshi and this is.."

"Lukus." -Lukus cleared his throat. A shaky hand began to grope about for his shoulder. When he found it he moved Kioshi's hand away and gave his shoulder a nice squeeze.- "My name is Lukus."

-Kioshi gave a nod of her head. Her eyes shifted towards the egg.- "An egg?" -She blinked.-

Halloween was nearly here, and Kuma had been a ball of excitement ever since she'd noticed decorations appearing and older Gaians chattering about their costumes. Now, with her mother juggling care of her and the newly 'born' Simon and the chaos of the Gambino Halloween party, Butterfly was constantly looking over her shoulder to see if sweet and innocent little Kuma was evading Simon to follow her to an event that was...well, far too dangerous.

Finally, deciding that Kuma should be making friends with the other Kinder anyway, Butterfly had brought her to the adoption center. She sighed with relief to see a few children talking happily, and set the five year old redhead down to observe them. "I should be back soon, honey, but why don't you go over and talk to some of the other kids over there?" Seeing her little charge's nervous silence, she smiled encouragingly. "Come on, it looks like fun."

"D-d'you think they'd wanna go trick-or-treating with me? Tomorrow?"

"I'm sure someone would." Butterfly ruffled Kuma's hair affectionately. "I'll be back in a few hours, okay? Have fun."

With a kiss on the cheek and a wave goodbye, Butterfly headed off to the party and Kuma, mustering up some boldness, went toddling over to the other Kinder to try and make some friends.

Sarah thought for a moment then started explaining, "a satir is a human like creature with goat feet and goat horns, the opposite of a demon, even if they do look a bit alike, Lester says he's a satir, not a demon but I know he's a demon. A harpy is a half bird, half human creature which hatches from a large bird egg" she explained and then saw a new bannir approach and waved in her direction.

-The image painted within Lukus's mind was a fantastic one of a strong boy with perhaps the body of a goat and two human arms. Had he been capable of drawing what he saw it would have resembled a centaur rather than what the girl was actually talking about. As for the harpy.. He got an awkward imagine of a being with large raven wings, blazing eyes and a beak, as well as bird claws for legs rather than human legs. It was a rather disturbing image, he'd admit to that.. A nervous expression crossed the boy's face.- "That sounds.. Intresting."

-Kioshi folded her arms.- "Sure does. They come from an egg, you say?"
