Not to nitpick, ninja but the author says that kyrptonite emits radiation and a light saber emits light or energy. Light and energy are radiation. Just saying. A Jedi could use the force to keep Superman at a safe distance, which might include a flying Superman, but I'm not sure that they could also deflect his heat-ray vision.
