lol, i'm seeing a definite theme here.
but i love strawberries, so it's cool.
besides... who was that artist that painted the watermelons... ?

*google*
RUFINO TAMAYO!!!

(you do a fruit, he does a fruit. get it?)

anyway...
patterns are always fun, just try not to let them collide with the subject.
-- on the 4th one down, it's hard to concentrate on the shape of the guys face.
as long as i'm talking about this picture, what is he doing with his hand?
i like how it's cartoony, and fun -- like it's moving, but it looks bent out of shape.

this is not meant to be a negative response.
these are all beautiful pieces.
your use of repetition, floral shapes, expressions, and colors are ******** sexy.

i like that painting alrighttttt!!!!
and yeh i dunno i quite like the BG but i'll try to make sure that the repetition takes away as little as possible on my next ones, i didn't even think about it really whhhhh
and all the hands on those 3 pieces are fuked on purpose, i was drawing the bois as they worked in pen so i couldn't erase so i knew realism wasn't going 2 work out so abstraction was the way 2 go!!!!!

thanksthanks danke

Admissions people LOVE life drawing.
Get some of that in your portfolio and it will help you greatly.

Just wait until you have to do it for 3-6 hours at a time and see how you feel about it...
(I have a short attention span).
