Alignment: What is your characters alignment? Good, Evil, Neutral? If you want you can even make them Lawful, or Chaotic like in D&D.

Character Name: Pretty self explanatory.

Race: What race is your character? African American, white, Asian? Vampire, mortal, demon, angel, ancient, werewolf? Heck you can make them anything. Except for god or the devil. That role is taken. depending on what race you pick, your character would be affected by their surroundings. Like a water nymph can't walk around New York during winter dressed in a bikini. They would freeze.

Gender: Self explanatory.

Age: Self explanatory. What age they look can be different from what age they truly are.

Height: self explanatory. Just keep it reasonable.

Weight: self explanatory. Keep it reasonable.

Build: What's your characters body type? Lean, buff, ripped? explain it a little.

Hair: Self explanatory. No hair, long hair, short hair. If it's layered, if it's chopped. Black, highlighted, purple, green. Explain it.

Eyes: Their eyes can be ANY color. Except for neon. We don't need people with neon eyes. Both eyes can be different color. You can even explain the shape of the pupil if you want.

Hobbies: Self explanatory. Just nothing like "eating humans" because if you just start eating New Yorkers off the street you will be seen by someone. If your a vampire then it would be irrelevant to say. Your vampire, we get it.

Likes: Self explanatory but be descriptive

Dislikes: Self explanatory but be descriptive

History: Self explanatory and you BETTER descriptive. I will read this and if anything seems amiss then I will send it back to you and tell you to read through it.

Abilities: Self explanatory but be descriptive

Appearance: You can either type this out or use a picture. If you want to have your character drawn at a later date then please be descriptive.

Equipment: What your character is holding or carrying with them. You can add on to this all you want and change it all you want.
