The one with the fingernail gets me because I can't stand finger injuries involving the nail. gonk
But the other ones I don't mind. My dad's a doctor and I took Anatomy, blood isn't really a factor.

It has gore. It has a lot of executions and torture, especially with the middle east. More pain olympics-esque stuff. Its intense.
