So, the fires in Camden Town this weekend may have lost us:
Fairy Goth Mother
After Dark Fashions
The Black Rose (almost certainly confirmed RIP due to location)
Sai Sai (The EGL store)
Cyberdog is confirmed to have survived, so cybers can rest easy.
The Devonshire Arms, Camden's Goth meeting point (which used to hold a Goth only dress policy), might also be down. The Electric Ballroom is unharmed.

I heard about that but I dont get what happened. Im not too bothered though I've only been to London once when I was 9 or 10 for the millenium dome : D

i Live in Camden!
It's not as bad as it was made out to be...
The main things we Lost were the HawLey Arms Pub....The ALternative Goth And Punk Market....
BasicaLLy the fire started around 7pm on Saturday and they stiLL don't know what started it...LuckiLy....it onLy affected the CanaL Market...which has more food staLLs and souvenier pLaces than say the StabLes...
So it's very Lucky that (better of three eviLs) we Lost that market....My friend is the manager of the Devonshire Arms and he's trying to get as many peopLe jobs as possibLe....he aLso Let peopLe stay there as Camden was burning....They refused to Leave

How much of the Goth stuff was hit? Also, good to hear the Dev survived!

If it was destroyed before I could cross the puddle again (without a chaperone, this time) I would have been maddeningly upset. I'm so selfish. Any word on anyone getting hurt?
