the circle excist out a inner circle with in a other one.
in the inner circle you have a seven pointed star (or how i like to call it star of the planets), in each point you have a symbol (heading north, going with the clock...: you have the sun, mars, jupiter,..?..., luna, ...?.., venus (sorry i onley know the sings rolleyes ) ).
inside the star you have the rune for the 5 element (ether).
around the first you have a bigger circle. on each point of winds (north, east, south and west.) you'll have the symbols of the other 4 elements. starting with earth (N), air (E), fire (S) and water (W).
the person who's doing the rite, will be in the middel (on top op the 5 element symbol) sitting with his legs crossed, facing north or at the sky.
you'll be needing salt, the four elements (in any way you like but atleast use a red candle for fire.), a bowl of water (the bowl is form stone, silver or wood), a white candle, calk (or something else to draw the circle), something to lit a candle, a compas for the exact place of the 4 towers of wind (N,E,S,W) and all your bad habbits written down on little pieces of paper.
1) draw the circle, start with the biggest one and place the elements on the element symbols (note put the fire candle inmediatly on and everything else that's needed to be putten on). put yourself in the heart and draw the inner circle (this is a bit annoying since your already standing in it).
2) put the candle right beside you and the water at your left side.
3) the rite :
In this circle, purified with salt (strow salt slightly in the space between the inner and outer circle. -still standing- )
By the four elements i call up on:
earth (draw in the air a pantegram starting from the left side of the top going down to the left point down)
air ( draw a pentagram, from the right point to the left)
fire (pentagram, right side of the top down to the right point)
and water (pentagram, left point to right)
I ask for light (sit down and lit on the white candle)
Within this hour I will change from black to white (visualize black energie flowing out you, beeing replaced by white flowing in to you)
At this moment my darkness will die,
I'm saying my bad habits goodbye. (trow the pieces paper with your written down bad habits in to the flame of the white candle.)
Balance will return in my life,
With discipline at it's side.
Negativity disappears within thin air (blow the white candle out)
Washed of with pure water (splash some water in your face-not need to get sooked right?-)
A new life given by fire (enlight th ewhite candle again)
And unstableness denied by earth ( if possible put you forehead on the ground and meditate a short moment)
With this, light will return and stand me by.
Purified by this circle, I'll let ya go :
Water (pentagram, from the right to the left point > draw in air),
Fire (from right down going up to the right side of the top, pentagram)
Air ( from the left point to the right , pentagram)
And Earth (from left down going up to the left side of the top, pentagram)
The circle is broken,
Light will be envoken,
A new begin shall start.
4) your able to leave now, your done.
