when considering the biggest flaw of that great topic;
its biggest problem are the users themselves, or better yet, their behavior.
the reason most people stopped visiting the DDTPAY thread is all because of people who do not donate, better known as skippers.
the question here is; what causes this?
is it because people are greedy?
is it because people dont read the topic and just post bump?
is the ammount that people that donate very low?
is it people who make up their own rules?
what i think is; Isn't the chatterbox the wrong location for this topic?
when you look at it, the chatterbox is the biggest trashheap of gaia.
the place where the scum of the site do what most moderators wouldn't want to go near.
The people posting in DTTPAY can do little about those who kill the whole fun of that topic. but what if people could do something about? would that really be enough to make that topic fun again?
i fear its not really possible.
but WHAT IF?
What if, we could restart the whole game? but no in the chatterbox?
would their be a location in gaia that would fit better with the ideals that made this guild excist?
