It had been a while since she had been home, too long that she couldn't remember the last time. Was it when she was still a foal? It had to have been, it was all she could remember unless she returned in a dream. Wings stretched at her sides and her hair drifting behind her like flags, Wica was returning him to where she had first come into the world and to where she parted from. In all she hoped her mother was there, she missed her mother more then anything else, as well as her brother and father and other family, but it was mother whom she missed most. Setting herself at an easy glide, she descended upon the mountainous lake.
"Mom?" She called out upon landing in the green lake front. "Mom? You here?"
Folding her wings to her sides, Wica's liquid gold eyes searching the lake front before stepping over toward the willow glade where she remembered as their bedding place. Shoving her head past the hanging branches she looked around there, it didn't seem that anyone was home, backing away from the trees she sighed and walked back over toward the lake and dipped her head down to drink. It had been a long flight and she hated leaving Axel behind, but she had to see her family for a bit while he collected himself.

Lucky bared his teeth and let out a soft growl from his perch, high in the willow tree. The mare didn't seem to hear him, but he continued to growl nonetheless as he tried to scamper down the tree from the high boughs where he sat. As he clambored farther down, she was stepping closer and her image made him stop. The blues and browns blending in her fur gave her away as his charge's daughter. "Wica!" he called down, raising the paw that had been gripping the tree to his mouth. Suddenly he was in motion, falling from the branch and landing just a few feet in front of the young mare. He grinned, and pulled himself to his feet, and launching himself away from her. "Come with me dear," he instructed her as he made his way to the caves. When he reached the mouth, he called inside. "Tsaluyi? Wake up and come out, we've got company."
Tsa groaned and got up on her feet quickly. Since her young ones had left her and not come back, she'd often simply slept while Andy was gone, or even left on her own, leaving Lucky behind though she knew he followed her anyways. She'd gotten used to it in a way, but she was still saddened when she was on her own. SHe heaved a sigh and shook her head slowely, her words echoed in the cave walls. "Lucky, if you've gone out and brought another fawn or lizard home, I'm not going to be happy." She squinted as she walked out of the last of the cave, the sudden light making it impossible to see. A slow grin spread across her muzzle as soon as the light left her eyes. "It's about time you came home, Wica."

Her eyes had been closed and she hadn't heard Lucky at first, but when he called out to her, her head snapped up and she looked back at the rolly polly bear she had grown up with. He didn't look any different then he had when she was last here, though perhaps a bit thinner... Maybe not, shaking her head she giggled as he tumbled from his perch and lead her over toward the caves. She remembered them, she and Penny used to explore them while they had the time.
Ears perching high on her head she stopped at the entrance and peered in as Lucky called out for her mother. Ears falling back a but she almost laughed as Tsa groaned and grumbled at the bear, but things lightened as she smiled back. Stepping forward she nuzzled against her mother.
"Too long it seems, too much has happened while I was a drift." Wica sighed lightly, "How've you and Father been?" she asked looking around wondering where Andy was, he didn't seem to be around at the moment.

Tsaluyi grinned and nuzzled her daughter back. "We're both alright. Your father's out right now, though I'm not exactly sure where. Flying, perhaps." She smiled again, looking over her daughter. "It's been so long, and now you're all grown up. Where have you been all this time? I searched for you and your brother but I never found either of you.." She trailed off, her thoughts turning, wondering where her son was. Though she'd seen neither hoof nor muzzle of either of her children since they had wandered off, she'd certainly put in a lot of time trying to locate them, though it had proved to be a fruitless quest.

Wica giggled a little at the mention of father. He always did like flying and it was sometimes to get him to remain on the ground longer then just to sleep. Shaking her head she looked a little surprised that her brother hadn't been around. She wondered where the show off had gone to.... She would have to find him... Someday.
"You know me mother, a wanderer." She said with a smile a blue feathered hoof pawing at the ground. "I wandered far, too far, past the forest where father was made to get you the flower. Past that I met a stallion whom..." She trailed off not knowing if her mother would like the thought of her already falling for someone.
