*Don't know if its a topic yet and didn't put it up, but oh well. I liked the short series for what it brought to the table.
*Its about a young boy who watches his father get killed brutally for the number one head band.
Boy grows up, gets the number two head band by whatever means, and makes his way to the weilder of the number one headband to slay him for his father,....and the number one head band, cause if you have it, your like god or something.
This is basically the whole entire plot...no changing, no fillers, just.....what it is.
I admire animes like this. Good strong animes that last 1-26 (or less) long.

I mainly liked this anime because it reminded me of gaia. The main character is a samurai, with just a sword and really enchanced human abilities that takes on people with high powered bow guns, gernades, bazooka's......guns, lazer beams.
It was just so fun to watch. Not to mention every fight scene in my opinoin was (overly) well done which is why i think it was so short.

Wow it wasn't that you were god if you had the number one band, it was that you were the ultimate fighter and had the highest honor, but it also came with a price. The the numbers from 3 down were now going to go after him and try to kill him for the tital of number one. So now even though Afro had succeded in killing his fathers muderer, he now had to fight forver for his life. His only solitude was that he would he killed in battle by a worthy opponint for his number.
He didn't have enchnaced human abilities either he was just every skilled and very driven. I'm really disapionted that the seiris didn't continue, but I soppose the ending was to avenge his father and gain Number 1.
I saw the serise on spike tv about a year ago.

Thats one of the coolest shows and do you know he can hide many stuff in his afro biggrin look at the size of that thing eek
