I am the kind of person that has a hard time getting out of bed in the morning (I blame the boyfriend for snuggling too much but I am not complaining). As a result I have no time to prepare a breakfast and sit and eat it.

I tried really hard to deal with breakfast the past 3 weeks but its been no good. Are there any alternatives for breakfast out there? I mean something I can grab and eat at my desk without making noise or killing someones nostrils (my boss at work flipped at someone for ordering pizza and bringing it in the office instead of the kitchen while waiting for lunch hour, something to do with the smell)?

At the moment I am eating activa probiotic fiber yogurt but I know I am gonna get sick of that eventually crying

I eat Smart Ones English Muffin Sandwiches. They're 200cal and 5g fat but they're reallly good and sure beat just hitting up the drive through for breakfast. They only take a minute and a half to cook, and I personally don't think they have too strong of a smell...

Otherwise, maybe some hard boiled eggs (you can make those in advance) and some veggies? I think it's a good idea to get in some vegetables with breakfast. :3

wheatabix! just add milk and its ready! only about 192 calories with semiskimmed milk. plus you can eat it with fruit.

Here's one, Ground flax seed in water. Take about a two tablespoons and put it in a glass, put a bit of water in (enough to make it drinkable). And then down it, you'll need to add water as you drink because flax seeds are a bit tricky.

Sure, it's grainy, and it doesn't taste PERFECT, but it's not bad.

In two tablespoons, it has:

4 grams carbs. And that's ALL fiber.
4.5 grams fat, and it's ALL good fat.
2.5 grams omega 3's, which help your mood, help your brain, and while it seems like a small number, if you look closely at all the 'omega 3 enriched' drinks they're putting out now, they have .5 g in them. BLEH. (and they taste terrible)
3 grams protein.
60 Calories.
.6 grams omega 6
2% daily value calcium
and 4% daily value Iron.

Best. Food EVAR!

If you get some, make sure you store it in your freezer. (It never freezes it just gets cold) and DON'T Buy ground flax unless it CAME from a freezer. Check the expiration date.

You don't EVER want to eat rancid flax. It's so disgusting. ._.
